Nestled on the serene coast of Fethiye, this hotel offers a breathtaking panorama of the azure sea that is truly a feast for the eyes. My husband and I stayed at the Nefis City Otel for 4 weeks and it was the best decision we could have made. The location is central to transport, shops, restaurants, the old town, the bay, the large Tuesday market, the rock tombs and castle. We got to know the reception and breakfast/room servicing staff quite well. Sercan gave us some very useful local information at the beginning of our stay and Sercan, Halil, Ramazan and Mert (Reception staff) accommodated all of our requests (a laundry drying rack, extra pillows, extra hangers, investigating when other guests were smoking in their room and it came through to our room (it's a non-smoking indoors hotel), repairing the toilet roll holder and shower attachment). There was a safety deposit box in the room (very convenient) with a refundable deposit required for the key. There was a small fridge with icebox in the room, soap dispensers by the sink and in the shower cubicle. The bedside lights provided a comfortable environment to relax in during the evening. The television had multiple Turkish and German channels, a couple of English channels and a French and an Arabic channel. There was air conditioning and we booked a room with an enclosed balcony for extra space and drying laundry. Lena and Fatma worked extremely hard to provide a varied Turkish breakfast (the scrambled eggs were delicious!). Non-pork sausages, breaded chicken bites, cheese pastry straws, cooked courgette and aubergine, chips, boiled eggs, tomato, cucumber, white cheese, cheese slices, olives, melon, satsumas, bread, jam, chocolate spread, Turkish tea, herbal teas, instant coffee, hot chocolate, milk, water (all fruit and vegetables were extremely fresh and flavoursome). The breakfast room is at the top of the hotel with panoramic views of the mountains, tombs and castle. There is no elevator, only stairs. Rooms are on the ground floor and first floor. Lena and Fatma also worked extremely hard to service/clean rooms and public areas each day. Occasionally, we did not require a room clean, but were always able to acquire toilet rolls or anything we needed. One evening, there was a massive storm and although some rain leaked through into the breakfast room, Halil and Ramazan did their best to attend to this and came to check that we were OK as they could see that we were trying to close a balcony door in the hall outside our room. We wish to say a huge thank you to all staff for making us feel so welcome and comfortable. We were extremely sad to leave and hope to return in the very near future.

Very glad I chose this place. The hotel is very tranquil and offers clean, comfortable accommodation. 4 minutes walk from a big Migros supermarket and bus stops pretty much right outside on the main road. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Personally I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to book a really decent place at a keen price. The pool area is spotlessly clean as is the water. Bathrooms are modern and well looked after. My bed is very comfortable and have had a great sleep the whole time. Breakfast is pretty standard for Turkey. If I could change one thing it would be the smoking policy at breakfast. It's not great when someone sits next to you and starts puffing away while you're eating. I suspect that's just a cultural issue that we've not had for a long time now. That aside, it's perfect for my needs 😊

So, I stayed for one night at Ten Apart Hotel. I was in the area visiting some attractions and thought I would stay overnight for ease of access to my next attraction. The welcome at the hotel was very friendly. The introductions from the staff were personal and warm. It’s very clear from the outset that the hotel is run by a family and not a multi-national company. Really has that personal touch. The room I had was at the top of the hotel. It was very spacious and the facilities (Fridge, Shower Area, Furniture) were grand. The water pressure on the shower was a little low but, not low enough to make the stay a poor one. I did have a little issue during my stay but it was sorted very quickly by staff and then a very warm apology when checking out. The hotel is very close (10 Min Walk) to the beach front where you will find numerous restaurant’s and bars, as well as shops and ice cream stands. I didn’t get to use the pool area but, it was extremely clean and tidy. Happy to recommend the hotel.

В отеле и номере чисто, дружелюбный персонал! В номере все туалетные принадлежности есть, тапочки тоже. Все работало. Прекрасный Турецкий завтрак, очень вкусно и удобно! Хороший выбор блюд, количества еды более, чем достаточно! При отеле хороший рыбный ресторан!

Good points :The views are amazing, the staff are friendly The not so good points ; the location is on a very busy road with absolutely nothing nearby so its taxi or bus every time you want to leave Food : Breakfast is awful , not lot of choice unless you like eggs or cheese , salad and chips you will struggle Two choices of cereal chocolate curls or oats . Cheese and salad has wasps crawling all over it and the other options were inedible . Food you buy is better but be careful as they charged us for several items we didn’t order The rooms : It’s like faulty towers in our 7 day stay the ; glass bathroom door smashed we got locked in several times , the shower flooded the room , the safe broke on daily basis , the cleaner forgot to clean our room , the door frame actually fell off totally . The towels and bedding were badly stained and the sheets don’t fit the bed , there’s exposed cables in the bathroom The air on sounds like a washing machine on spin I must admit each issue was resolved but it became tiresome each day another thing goes wrong Our friends staying in the same hotel were given a room with no bathroom door at all they were moved rooms after 2 days . Someone else had a sheet stapled to the door frame instead of an actual door another lady had no water in shower and was standing in reception in just towel ! Last day our pick up time was 7:30pm we asked for late check out and was told by receptionist that was fine we could keep room until 6:30 At 4:30 manager started shouting at me to leave the room , we weren’t packed or washed . He got quite angry and so we quickly packed and left . When I asked him where I could shower and use toilet etc I was told to shower by poolside ! staff were horrified and apologised about his behaviour. We had to sit in reception for three hours waiting for bus to pick us up as there is no where else to sit . So be aware if your flight is late they don’t offer you place to shower and there nothing around so it long wait It’s such a shame as the staff are lovely It didn’t spoil out holiday but do think people should maybe look elsewhere for better hotel before visiting Oludeniz

First thing that strikes you about this lovely hotel is the views - It sits among the backdrop of a lush green mountain valley that lowers down to a ***** of shops and bars and ends in a blue lagoon of the clearest water... So in short, its a breathtaking location. Secondly the hotels main asset is the friendliness and helpful service you get from the staff. Not that im looking, but I can't find fault with any of them. BIG shout to Erol the Entertainment manager who is just a funny guy and always adds a level of relaxed humour to the many activities that are ongoing through the day... But this isnt done in a pushy way that can be the case sometimes, if you want to just chill here in the sun, in peace, then this is defo a place to do so. Theres always a modern soundtrack of tunes bopping out from the 2 pool bars so if absolute silence is what your looking for then, bring some earplugs. Thankfully we enjoy a good varied ambience of tunage! :) The all inclusive drinks are plentiful and all pretty tastey. I love my beer and wine, and 'Efes' is a good lager, and the red/white wines are of a good standard. We enjoyed watching the entertainment, which is mostly dance oriented with a different spin every night, apart from the acrobatics and illusion shows that we missed as we were off on excursions those nights. The excursions are brilliant, Numerous boat trips and sunset cruises were the best we found. We highly recommend hiring a car for 40 quid a day and driving to Gemlier beach (proper stunning beach) and the Ghost town for lunch and a bit of culture. We also drove into Fethiye to Calis beach (free parking on the roads a couple roads back from the main beach *****). We had dinner there at one of the restaurants there and watched the sun set - Amazing!! **dont drive into Fethiye on tuesday... markets make it impossible to get in and park** Also worth the short drive to Butterfly valley to take in the view... Well worth a pic trust me. The food is always of a good standard if you like meats and fish freshly cooked on the spot, with mediterraenean salads etc and numerous vegetables. We love all this so it was perfect. If your fussey brits that just want brit boring food and breakfast EXACTLY how us brits cook our full english then you may be searching around the room a while for things you can enjoy - but im sure you will find something, its all tastey. In summary, really nice hotel with lovely staff We will certainly return to this absolute gem in Oludeniz. Thanks guys. Big Love Leo & Steph X

1) My cab left me 150mt away from the hotel because it is a pedestrian shopping zone and we had DRAG our 2 suitcases on cobble stones ”like path” for 15 mins. 2) Upon arrival had to climb 20+ steps to the reception on the first floor ...Our room was 1 floor above the reception ( another 12-15 steps more climb.Thus going out 3 or 4 x a day to beach , shopping, resto, night life etc was a challenging task for a senior citizen of 70+ YES down 35 steps and back up 4 x a day. 3) After 15 hours travel time from Europe to Turkey (left home at 3.00 am , arrived hotel at 18.30).... Even after giving them my visiting card showing my status ”President of a FINANCIAL COMPANY , (they did not take into consideration )I was VERY VERY Badly /disrespectfully greeted.!! .After the check in formalities they wanted IMMEDIATE PAYMENT....I requested for some time to see the room and freshen up then come down to pay...to our surprise WITHIN 3 MINS the receptionist was knocking at my door for payment ....I said give me time to change and will come down ... FOR THEM ”NO WAY ” different staff members came knocking at my door 4 x in 12- 15 mins . I am ”genius 3 Level ” visiting/travelling to about 12-20 hotels per year on 3 or 4 retirement holiday trips per year !! Never , NEVER seen such HUNGER for money from such pathetic poorly educated cheap people. Finally I gave up because my partner asked me to so we can be at peace and call home informing we arrived... I wrote to director and put in suggestion box suggesting to check the clients on Linkedin or google b4 arrival ...but no apology was received from them....reason I WILL NOT FORGET NOR FORGIVE THEM now. 4)The room was too small for a ”deluxe DOUBLE room” . ABOUT 17sqm 2 big Bags got in the way 2 hand carries beside the bed ...difficult to get up in the night for toilet ..MY mistake I did not check SQM of room the word ”double room & DELUXE was deceiving. 5) Bathroom was small but acceptable..had no elct/shaving socket ONLY LIKE was the location . Breakfast was ”ok ” donuts and patisseries were not of ”good quality”, were always hard and not soft with butter as we like in proper cake shops in Europe. ...this was home made and hard to digest.. had first day and tried different ones for 2 or 3 days and left unfinished on plate each time. hot food had little variey but was acceptable for a cheap 3 * hotel.. Shopping was expensive better prices in Tuesday market got some items at 1/3 price tn the market and a bag at 1/4 price restaurants were DILUTING ALL COCKTAIL DRINKS WITH WATER....and priced were expensive 12-15 euros per drink. best drink beer only as most of tourists (British, Russian etc..) were doing

The whole villa hotel, the room is very clean and comfortable! ! The feeling of communicating with the boss staff is also very good. It is almost 11 or 12 o'clock there. We greeted us at the door in advance and helped us order local takeaways. It was a feeling of being at home. The boss is also very enthusiastic to introduce us to many local places to play. After going there, he found that the places he recommended were quiet and beautiful, and you can sightseeing or feel the beautiful sea! ! We booked a hotel for two nights for the reason of our trip. We stayed for one night. We still lived very happily without refunding the room rate. Because the hotel gave us the feeling that it was worth it, we would come back to play again if we had the opportunity.
