Have stayed in several Best Westerns over the past few years and this was one of the best. Marie, the hotel’s Directrice was so helpful doing everything possible to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Parking below the square opposite is discounted (albeit the spaces are tight for medium-large vehicles) as are meals at the name-asked but unrelated brasserie next door.

This Best Western is the best we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Situated on a public square with easy access to restaurants, bakeries, historic sites and public transportation, it is ideally situated.
The staff were extremely helpful and gracious. Caen is a great place to base for short trips to the area and the beaches of Normandy.

Very clean hotel. Only provided 1 set of towels for 2 guests, had to ask for more. Also only 1 bottle of water. Room was very small, bathroom was good, great shower.
Location was excellent, very central, easy to walk the city. Parking across the road, get ticket from hotel before you enter the car park for best rate.
Very good breakfast, plenty of choices.

hôtel bien situé dans cette belle ville de Caen, le personnelle disponible ,le couchage pour moi un des meilleur que j'ai eu, j'ai dormi comme a la maison les chambres bien insonorisé la salle de bain fonctionnelle, pour moi le point faible de l'hôtel est le petit déjeuner qui est fort basic manque des +œufs sur le plat saucisses etc.. je recommande cet hôtel!

Big fan of Best Western in France and this one is another keeper. Comfy rooms, great service at the best locations for fair prices! They give you a discounted fee for parking at the Indigo République too, which I'd recommend for parking. Rooms looking towards the square offer a nice cozy view, the street can be a bit loud though in case you're a light sleeper.
