We had a fantastic experience right in the heart of old town Ayvalik in this authentic hotel. Incredibly helpfull and friendly staff as well. I would recomend this hotel always! They have a Turkish restaurant with lovely live music as well. If you drive yourself, just phone them 5 min before you are in Ayvalik. They will organise to meet you and assist in navigating you to the hotel. This is important as old town Ayvalik has very narrow alleyways and you do not want to end up navigating on your own.

It is one of the best accommodation facilities in Ayvalık centre. We came without a car, and the minibuses departing from the bus station go directly to the stops at the beginning of the hotel's street. Places to visit in the center are within walking distance. Minibuses leave from the stops right next to the hotel to places like Cunda Sarımsaklı etc. As for the hotel, the rooms were spotless and the usable areas were quite sufficient for two people. The breakfasts were excellent in both variety and taste. It has become our first choice in Ayvalık from now on.

3 night stay with my wife and 3 year old son. Renovated hotel but without losing the architecture and charm of the area, the location is unbeatable and the service is the best, Mr. Mustafa is always attentive and with a smile to help. Very good live music at night on its wonderful terrace. But they should note the difficulty in finding an apar**ent near the hotel, or they should agree with a nearby parking lot so that clients can go directly to the parking lot. Overall, highly recommended, we will return.

Beautiful hotel, very unique and incredible details. Cozy large bedrooms for being "boutique". It can be more expensive than average, we booked the night before and there weren't many options.

The location of the hotel is central, the rooms are very good. Paid parking is annoying. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel's own restaurant, the a**osphere is great, but the attention and service are terrible. We asked for beer and it came without a glass, but other tables had it. We wanted shrimp, four on a big plate. French fries arrived in half an hour. I bought the ashtray myself. Everyone had good intentions, but I guess they were treated accordingly. However, we did not pay with a soda cap.

The staff is very attentive and friendly. Breakfasts are excellent. It could be a little better in terms of cleanliness. Air conditioning filters and under the bed need attention. I cleaned the air conditioner filter and its performance was great. Room no:204. There is a soap smell in the hotel that may be disturbing for those who are sensitive to smell. Odor intensity can be reduced. There is a very serious problem with parking not only at the hotel but throughout Ayvalık. The location of the hotel in the center is superb. Even those who do not stay at the hotel want to come and take photos of the hotel's beautiful a**osphere. Our room was a wonderful room with a sea view. Overall well recommended.
