Quiet and clean with nice showers

It was a hassle getting in with luggage (security check while in a smoky environment). Had to walk thru smoking section to get to registration desk and restaurants. Some ***** thought a fan on the registration counter would help but it just blew smoke in our faces. Desk clerk was clueless and despite our having a reservation, check in was prolonged. We requested the bill be split between two cards and she took both cards but at check out everything was on one card. It wasn’t worth the hassle so we left vowing never to stay here again. The room was nice but, at nearly $200, nothing special. Why aren’t handicapped rooms situated closer to elevators? Not every disabled person is in a wheelchair. Neither room key worked so I had to return to the lobby. A kind maid provided a chair for my disabled friend while she awaited my return and apologized for the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated.

Beware high crime area. Our van was stolen from here. They said this happens two to three times a week. No signs in parking lot notification of the high crime.

Old ******, low ceilings, smoky. Ugh!

Rooms very clean, staff very courteous and friendly, but lordy, so smokey because of the ******! Also, FYI , this is not the new ****** , which we thought we were booking into but their original one....

The staff was very friendly and helpful. With the security in the parking structure and at the entrance, gave me the sense of being safe.

Although an older hotel, it is well maintained and our room was very clean. The staff is friendly and we were impressed with the establishment’s noteworthy hiring of senior citizen employees!

The property has excellent security of the entire property to include the parking areas. The Tatoosh Restaurant is excellent. There is no room service. You enter the facility through the smoking areas. Bars in gaming areas are walk-up only, no servers on the floor. There are some non-smoking gaming areas. There are no sports bars on site or tvs in the bars. There is a plan to add a sports bar in the future.
