Relais Villa Al Vento
4.4/517 Reviews
Considering that the purchase at themall was late and I didn't want to proceed, so I found a nearby hotel, Tuscan country style, general facilities, rural bed and breakfast, mind to live with caution, the house is on the mountain. The environment is very good, but the access control system is a bit tasteless, maybe I don’t know how to use it. The most important thing is that I must have a car when I live here.
Relais Villa Belvedere

Tenuta Il Burchio

We recently stayed here as part of a group tour. Nico and his staff were all so welcoming and the grounds were just amazing. I felt like I was living a dream. The food and the accommodations were excellent. We were able to have our dinners under the Tuscan sky and it included a live band. We were also treated to a cooking lesson by the hotel restaurant chef. I can only hope to go back there again someday.
hu Norcenni Girasole Village
4.1/544 Reviews
We stayed at the Hu Norcenni Girsaole camp for 8 days booking via Eurocamp. Overall we had a really nice stay. I expected the camp to quite diverse but would estimate that around 90% of guests were Dutch. Nothing against the Dutch but strange that one nationality dominates to that extent. Perhaps Hu advertise heavily in the Netherlands or something. Good points - Decent caravan with good facilities - Nice on site shop, restaurants, and supermarkets (Conad City brand and only a little more expensive than in the big cities) - Clean and tidy - Pools are fun for kids especially Sant’Andrea pool at the top and well supervised. Bad points - Very hilly so walking around is strenuous. Train / bus service overcrowded and stressful - Pool areas good but overcrowded putting pressure on sunbeds and parasols. Leads to people stealing parasols when away. Advertised rules stating that you are not allowed to reserve sunbeds when away not adhered to - Smaller pool area at the restaurant very overcrowded and felt boisterous with lots of older teenagers around - Supermarkets very busy and competitive when opening at 8am especially for bread and pastries with lots of sharp elbows out - Organised kids football activities poorly run. 11-15 group boys had under 11s playing and teenagers over 15 playing. One day an adult was allowed to play with the 11-15 year old group. Kids are organised into age groups for safety reasons and the Hu reps should ensure this is adhered to - Shuttle bus service could be more frequent especially between the 13:25 and 16:35 service. The cost seems disproportionate considering it is a distance of 2.7miles to the station. €14 return for 3 adults and 1 child (13 year old considered to be an adult) - Not very friendly for people who visit without a car. Eg no assistance at checkin or checkout when having to pull 4 very heavy suitcases up steep hills and rough terrain in places - WiFi is patchy and slow even in the main areas eg pools, reception etc. You can just about get it in your accommodation but it’s weak and unreliable. I appreciate this is made clear when booking but it’s 2024 and I think Hu need to look at providing a robust WiFi service throughout the site including the accommodation. In summary, if you have come in a car and like the outdoor / camping lifestyle you will probably love it. If you prefer a hotel / apartments environment you will still have a lovely time but it’s probably not your cup of tea.
Casale La Gora - B&B di charme
4.7/52 Reviews
It is a small inn run by a family. The owner was a designer before, so the inn is very special. The room is not big, but it is not small, and there is a public living room. There is a bathroom in the room and a shelf for baking clothes. There is a yard for parking. Breakfast is generally the same, because it is a small inn, breakfast can not be as rich as a big hotel. The hostess was very elegant and friendly and drove us to the train station. Hotel location is relatively remote, although this city can use Uber, the total return is not as convenient as domestic, it is recommended to arrive during the day, so that it will be easier to take a taxi.
Hotel Toscana

Every year for work I support this hotel. Clean and well-trained rooms, available staff and friendly. In general, a little renovation would be the ideal, I furnish a little date especially in the breakfast/restaurant room. Apart from this I always found very good. For short stays it is certainly a great choice. Recommended!
