Non è la prima volta che soggiornò in questa splendida villa e posso solo dire che è tutto sempre stato perfetto. La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, un ottimo ristorante e la bellissima location in mezzo al verde che ti trasmette sempre pace e relax. La villa offre an he svariate esperienze come la degustazione vini, corsi di cucina ed altro. Ottima per rilassarsi dopo una giornata caotica nelle grandi città vicine tipo Firenze. Tutte le camere sono bellissime .Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Ottima posizione. Residenza storica. Piena di storia e ottima posizione per visitare le campagne toscane, zona del Chianti, Firenze, Arezzo e Siena. Piena di storia e cultura, ottimi servizi offerti (spa, piscina coperta,degustazione) ottimo il ristorante “al cielo” con piatti sia di carne che di pesce.

L’hotel è bello e ha una storia molto interessante, ma né le camere né i servizi giustificano un prezzo così alto. Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione che ci dava diritto a una cena con tre portate a testa e due calici di vino. Il vino non l’hanno mai portato, nonostante li abbiamo sollecitati due volte. La cucina però era squisita. Abbiamo aggiunto poi una degustazione e l’accesso alla spa. La degustazione è durata tre ore. Interessante per carità, però veramente troppo. Abbiamo apprezzato la passione della sommelier nello spiegarci tutto ma veramente esagerato. La spa è piccola ma carina, ma anche qui quando siamo arrivati sauna e bagno turco erano freddi (si erano dimenticati di accenderli….). Noi avevamo prenotato due ore e mezz’ora siamo dovuti stare in piscina (con un’acqua nemmeno troppo calda) aspettando che partisse il tutto… insomma voto 6.

Location storica ben tenuta e molto suggestiva, ma per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo molto di più dalla colazione poco ricercata e con prodotti commerciali. Aggiungerei anche un bollitore in camera e qualche gioco di società a disposizione degli ospiti per godere delle belle aree comuni come i salottini storici. Per il resto la struttura merita molto e ti permette davvero di rilassarti e staccare la spina.

Onestamente pensavo meglio....considerando l'importo del soggiorno, il cibo della colazione e della cena non erano all'altezza del posto. Aver pagato una bottiglietta di acqua presa dal minibar mi ha fatto sorridere. Non ultimo il conto sbagliato al check out dove insistevano per fami pagare 100 € in più che ovviamente erano sbagliati. Il posto è bellissimo ma non bisognerebbe trascurare il discorso servizi solo per questo

Villa storica con giardino stupendi! Siamo rimasti senza parole. Cena superlativa e buona la colazione. Camere spaziose. Utilizzo della piscina coperta in totale relax. Da ritornarci e da consigliare assolutamente! Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The Villa provides comfortable accommodations in a charming neighborhood setting. Staff is helpful and friendly however one of the greatest attributes of the Villa is Chef Anna. Don't miss the opportunity for a cooking experience with this talented and delightful cuisine connoisseur! Indulge in the wine and olive oil produced by Villa Casagrande, both are excellent! We will have to visit again to experience the Spa offerings. Our stay was a lovely experience.

Da più di 20 anni vengo qui qualche giorno, sia per lavoro che per relax e trovo questa location eccellente. Bella, romantica, con collaboratori sempre disponibili e gentili: un angolo di paradiso nella bella Toscana che consiglio vivamente.
