Hotels Near Waterfall Of The Good Travel Mountains in Figueira Da Foz

I was in the hotel in May two nights, super careful staff and cleaning the rooms as well as the common area exceptional space, pleasant breakfast. I have to regret the indoor pool not working and no warning ⚠️ the guests were well as I requested the massage service I asked a relaxation and relaxation massage had nothing the space where the spa service was performed was cold and uncomfortable will be to say that I was frozen, I left the massage ... Relaxing was 0 to when the end of the massage in conversation with the massageist where I was told that the A/C was allegedly damaged!!! relaxing massage at the cold never ! The only thing I do not recommend in the QH Quiaios hotel is the spa (there's much better).

Lovely little boutique hotel in a charming beach town just south of Porto on the West Coast of Portugal. We were not there during high season, so not much was open, but the hotel is centrally located and is probably a great location when the town is busy. the hotel is in a renovated old house and is very clean and comfortable. There is a lounge and outdoor space for guests. The proprietors are incredibly helpful and kind to guests. The absolute highlight was the breakfast, which was the best we had in Portugal - virtually everything you could want - from eggs and bacon, to pastries, to fruit and more. They even bring you hot milk so that you can make a wonderful latte. It was a great way to start our day.

I booked a group sales event. It was challenging bc I had to pre-pay for 1/2 of rooms with cash via a bank transfer. They would not accept credit cards. I asked what would happen if we had less attendees than I’d counted on. They told me not to worry, that I’d receive any reimbursement upon check out. I was owed over 1700 euro. I was NOT paid upon check out. Then I was told that I had to wait for the accounting team to return from holiday. I was not paid then. Then I was told I had to wait until the end of the month. I was also told if I had paid with a card that they would have already done it, (but they wouldn’t allow me to use a card!) As of today, I have not been paid. They also said that I needed to receive my reimbursement in a Portuguese account, despite accepting payment out of an American account. Luckily, I had one. Unluckily, they refused to accept my account info from the internet. So they made me drive to Coimbra to get bank credentials. (Then had another excuse not to pay me.) There have been big wildfires and I drove through one, trying to get to the bank. It was terrifying. It has been 3 weeks. At this point, my emails are not answered and it looks like I will have to sue. The accommodations are fine, but I would strongly recommend against using them for a big group, based on my experience. Waiting for people to return from their holiday to get paid money that is owed?? What??! I waited 3 weeks to write this review, to give them the benefit of the doubt. I’m very disappointed. Maybe this is just the way that people do business in Portugal? I don’t know know but it isn’t good. Seems very unprofessional to me. I will never book a big group with them again, nor with any other Ibis affiliate, based on this experience.

The hotel is located in a very comfortable area, with a view to the Mondego and the Atlantic.

The park was fantastic and well-free. I went with my son, camped in the tent and everything went well. You can also go by caravan or rent a bungalow. The park has animation for children in the pool during the day and night. The pool and bathrooms are always careful and the bar's meals are also good.The park has a great, but not watched, beach door. The only disadvantage is that there are not many trees (there are but they are babies), because a storm has destroyed everything about four years ago.
