Service médiocre, les 2 réceptionnistes que j'ai croisé on été tres désagréables! 0 professionnalisme, c'est a se demander s'ils ont suivi une formation! La chambre, la propreté et la nourriture ca va, mais rien que pour le service je vous déconseille cet hotel

Un beau séjour, très bel accueil et de bons conseils pour nos sorties dans la région. Super service honnêtement. De belles chambres avec literie confortable, une propreté irréprochable. De la bonne bouffe, variée, pas mal de grillades et des gâteaux succulents. Un hôtel qui se distingue et qui sort du lot. Bonne continuation et promis je reviendrais dans ce beau pays.

Le Royal Tulipe à Skikda est tout simplement exceptionnel à bien des égards. Dès le moment où vous franchissez ses portes, vous êtes accueilli(e) par un service chaleureux et professionnel qui vous fait sentir comme un invité de marque. Les chambres sont élégantes, luxueuses et superbement entretenues, offrant une atmosphère de confort et d'opulence. La vue depuis certaines chambres sur la mère est tout simplement à couper le souffle. Je vis à l’étranger mais à chaque fois que vais en vacance Obligé de passer par ce gigantesque et magnifique hôtel pour me reposer et me vider l’esprit .

I go there regularly as we are doing a project in the area , i have to say that they take good care of me , Hasan is the best Bell captain i have ever met, he is really helpful. the reception team check you in very fast and the food is really good . they have the best atmosphere in the whole province. thank you
