酒店位置離高速很近，還是很乾凈舒適的，開長途中間住一晚，這很不錯的選擇。早餐很好，在on site的小餐廳提供的雙蛋早餐，不是buffet。味道不錯，但估計男士們可能吃不飽。。

When entering the parking lot, we had our misgivings in booking this property. There was so much construction in evidence. We were surprised to find that in t he buildings recently remodeled were freshly painter, with new furniture and beds. The bath area had a sink behind a wall with the shower and toilet in a separate, lockable room. The flooring was new throughout. BW is doing a phenomenal refurbishing of the property. The restaurant on the property is Tacos Los Panchos. That could use an upgrade in the kitchen. It doubled as the "free breakfast" venue to which it was better suited. The property is also adjacent to a golf course. There is an indoor pool facility, but as of our visit [May 2024] it was under reconstruction. All-in-all, this property currently is, and in the future, will be a more than adequate place to book a comfortable and clean stay.

The room was only partially cleaned. Bathroom wasn't cleaned at all, just towels switched out.

Very disappointed with the stay. After driving 9 hours that day, pulled into this hotel in the pouring rain late at night and was given a room. I Fell asleep and then there was a very loud engine sound coming from either the back of the room (at the end of the building) or below. Called the front desk and he said he would check it out. Called me back and he could not verify where the noise was coming from. The next morning the two gentlemen understood my complaint and said they would have the manager call, but she never did. That morning had to drive another 9 hours which was pure hell with 3 hours of sleep if that. Just called Best Western Corporate office for help.

Great motel snd the prices are very reasonable. The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. the folks at the front desk were very accommodating. The free breakfast was great! We came in late and without a reservation and got a great room at the lowest price in Fillmore I highly recommend this motel!

Clean, good staff, comfortable bed, new TV with great channels. Hot breakfast.
Only negative restaurant is closed except for breakfast, no good restaurants in Fillmore except for fast food.

This was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Can’t imagine how housekeeping missed the previous occupants underwear beside the bed, obviously they didn’t vacuum. The shower had NO shower curtain! As rewards members we requested an upstairs room to control the noise level, this was not granted and the upstairs people were up numerous times, it sounded like they were running laps. NEVER stay here, it’s disgusting and we felt unsafe as well.
