The hotel was not the best Premier Inn I have used. There was no restaurant facility and the interior corridors and stairwells felt dark and rundown. Bed, as ever, was very comfortable, and the bathroom very clean. Also, a lift would be useful.

Be aware that there is no lift, no restaurant, no breakfast, and no air-conditioning - and whilst, the comfort of the bed lives up to :Premier Inn's reputation ,the location next to a busy road may limit your night's sleep

As expected value for money from this hotel chain - good location, car parking available on site - only downside restaurant was unavailable

The outside of the hotel and the common parts were not great but the customer service and the quality of the room were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights. All acceptable, except the floors are so paper thin, the upstairs room sounded like they were on pogo sticks walking around & it was gone 11pm. The second night was worse, they came in after 1pm & were so loud, we had to shout them to shut up & bang on the ceiling. For this reason alone, we would never use Premier Inn again.

Not the best Premier Inn I've stayed at but the staff were polite and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No restaurant facilities and it was a bit noisy, both in and out of the hotel. The location was great for where we were going, so this balanced it out. Still, not a bad stay

Basic but adequate hotel. No frills. Be careful of the parking offered as the system is flawed and you may well get a parking fine to sort.

Probably the rudest welcome I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve stayed at. I arrived at 2:20pm following a five hour drive. I am fully aware and totally appreciate the 3pm check in rule but every other hotel has staff who at the very least say ‘let me have a look to see if your room is ready’. This guy, seemingly a manager didn’t bother with a hello just a ‘cone back at 3pm’. How can you work in hospitality and not have any customer service skills? Even if he had pretended to have a look and then apologised saying the room wasn’t ready it’s got to be better than swatting away a paying customer as though they were an inconvenience. I would happily have paid the £10 early check in fee if it had been offered to me. I had nowhere to go so waited in the lobby until 3om and saw another couple turned away at 14:45. There is next to nothing around this hotel and no food (I.e. not even breakfast) is served. I usually use the Holiday Inn Express when staying in Fulton and wish I’d stuck with the tried and tested. Avoid, unless you get a great deal and don’t arrive early.

Where to start? The Bathroom was good. The bedroom however was threadbare 80's chic and smelt overpoweringly of cigarette smoke. Add to that the fairly premium price of £152 without breakfast, this just won't be for me in future. There are much better rooms at considerably lower prices in Bristol.
