Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Tolles, sauberes Hotel . Wunderschönes modernes Design. Sind schon zum sechsten Mal dort und immer wieder begeistert!! Besonders zu erwähnen das besondere Essen und der Spa- Bereich. Einfach perfekt für Wanderer und Naturfreunde. Zentral gelegen und guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderrouten in Schladming und Umgebung.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und entspannt. Check In und Check Out sehr unkompliziert. Zum Essen immer ohne Reservierung seinen eigenen Tisch den ganzen Aufenthalt über erhalten. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich sowie hochwertig und gesund. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und modern, die Betten bequem, der Balkon groß und die Bäder sehr hygienisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Fitnessraum war gut ausgestattet und sehr modern. Der Wellnessbereich war ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet mit zahlreichen Liegemöglichkeiten, Saunen, Duschen und im Pool mit Sprudelliegen und Wasserfallmassage. Baulich ist das Hotel eines der best ausgestatteten und gut durchdachten, die ich bisher gesehen habe. In Zukunft empfehlen wir dem Hotel: - Fliegengitter in den Zimmern, damit in der Nacht auf die Klimaanlage verzichtet werden kann

Excelente Hotel, todo el personal, estancia y lugar. Recomiendo 100% ir en pareja o en familia .Mencionar a la camarera Antonia que nos atendió durante los 2 días con un servicio de 10. También destacar el desayuno con mucha variedad y muy bueno.

Großzügige Ausstattung, freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen, gute Lage, ausgezeichnetes Essen, ein Wohlfühlhotel, das keine Wünsche offen läßt. Perfekt für unseren Aktivurlaub. Hervorragendes Essen, sehr saubere, große Zimmer, großzügiges Restaurant, helle, freundliche Raumgestaltung, man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an wohl.

I came here to see the snow on the mountain. And I went up to see snow on a 2700 meter high mountain. It was my first experience of snow. It's very good, excellent. I felt proud of myself for doing something I had never done before. Moreover, your hotel is a very beautiful hotel. I like nature I love my bedroom, living room, where my room has a picturesque mountain view. And your breakfast is very delicious. I like omelets, I really like fruit. The waiters take great care of their customers. Everyone is polite and cute. And I really like the full body massage also.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal im Falkensteiner Hotel Schladming, alle sind sehr zuvorkommend und alle Wünsche werden wenn möglich erfüllt. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub erlebt. Wirklich alle Mitarbeiter vom Service bis zur Chefin sorgen dafür, dass sich die ganze Familie wie zu Hause fühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall ein drittes Mal wieder.
