What I don’t like the most is that Ctrip’s price is 50 US dollars more expensive than the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. Staff friendly. Rooms nice. Restaurant had great food. The only problem was shower door swings inside and blocks shower handle. I could not get warm water. Had to get wet and water was cold to try to adjust. Gave up.

Stayed at the Hancock for a quick overnight stay on a road trip. We got a really reasonable rate. Very nice hotel. Spotlessly clean. Bedding was very comfortable. Very quiet room and we had a nice view. Chocolate on the pillow was a really nice touch.

Very well kept and nice hotel to stay at. Decorations for Christmas was beautiful. Easy walk to restaurants and shops downtown, but they also had a shuttle available.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Parking is limited off site, but valet parking was available.
The only thing that could have been improved is using hypoallergenic laundry detergent on the sheets, but that may have been special request.
Also the check-out time on the ******* website was listed at 1200 noon, while the actual check-out was at 1100.
