Garbage… Way up in the hills above the airport… No restaurant in operation, no bar or drinks.. All closed no updates on site!!! A Dump…

Used to come here all the time, the property has diminished tremendously over just a little under a year, new staff is horrid , looks like they’ve just giving up on regular maintenance and cleanliness in general areas as well. I would usually say it’s my go to spot, but now you get the bare minimum

This is by far the worst hotel experience. The bathroom sink was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned with hair and visible debris. No hand towels or towels were provided. When I contacted the desk clerk, she said that she was new and did not know where any towels might be found. But that as her shift ended at 0600, she would tell the next manager and we could come down in the morning to get towels before showering. No breakfast but given the condition of the property I have no appetite for eating here. You get what you pay for. Wyndham is a mistake that I will never repeat again. I returned to the front desk at 0715 and was given what the new front desk clerk had available - 1 hand towel and 4 small wash clothes to use-like toweling off after a shower. I was told that housekeeping would arrive at 0900 and I could get towels then. We had to be on the road by 0900 to meet relatives. I don't blame the desk clerks who can only work with what they have. Poor management of customer experience.Plus there was no breakfast available.

🆘🆘🆘⛔️ Very bad and stressful experience. I do NOT recommend this hotel. I paid $515.11 through a booking app and a $50 deposit at check-in. After that, the hotel placed an additional $458.13 pending charge on my card without my authorization, which used up almost all the remaining balance on my credit card and left me at $0 available balance. When I asked the front desk, they said it might be a temporary hold, but no one could clearly explain why it was charged or who made the charge. I spoke with multiple employees, including different shifts, and they all gave the same answer: “we don’t know.” I even asked for a written explanation, but they were unable to provide one. Later, it was mentioned this could be an error, but still no clear reason was given. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. ⚠️ Important advice for future guests: • Be very careful with your card • Monitor your transactions immediately • Avoid making any additional payments at the front desk unless everything is clearly explained and documented Because of this experience and lack of accountability, I would not stay here again.

Seemingly clean room. Surface areas just a little grungy. Bathroom was suffering from water damage and the tub wouldn’t drain properly. We were there for two nights and didn’t have any housekeeping services over the weekend. The continental breakfast was a lunch bag containing a muffin, a granola bar, and a yogurt with no spoon kept in the refrigerator. Definitely a get what you get vibe. I would not stay there again.

The Wyndham is a good location for an overnight stay the night before an early flight to ensure that traffic won't be a problem in the morning.

We stayed at this property for one night and reserved two rooms. Unfortunately, one of the rooms we were given had not been cleaned at all. There were no pillowcases on the bed, the pillows were left on the floor, and the curtains were wide open as if the room had just been vacated. There was trash still in the trash can, and the bathroom had clearly been used multiple times and not serviced. To make matters worse, we were told at check-in that a bagged breakfast would be provided the next morning. However, when we followed up, the hostess stated that there was nothing being given out. This was very misleading and felt like false advertising. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness and honest communication are basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, neither was met.

It was painfully obvious this place has been L O N G neglected. Only 1 ice machine was working, a sign on the elevator advised that there would be no water from 10:00 am-noon, the portico had a huge hole in the roof, the outside door by the only operating ice machine had plastic taped over it and air blowing through (so it was obviously unsecured). We advised the young woman at the front desk that we had spotted a sketchy looking young man out by the dumpsters when we arrived, and later, after returning at night after dinner, he was still out there. I didn’t see any evidence of security staff and we worried that she was left alone. Piles of dirty sheets in the hallway were still there when we checked out. That being said, the room itself was clean, and we left a tip for the housekeeper. The hotel itself is in a very odd location, accessed by a long drive through an industrial park, and the driveway full of potholes. I was advised it had been a former Sheraton, but purchased by Wyndham 10 years ago.
