It’s ok for staying one night.

Great place.for either couples or families. Great, simple breakfast on offer.

Very bad experience, we have been forced to pay extra for my son to stay and changed to a room that is totally different to what we have booked. We have rang the hotel and confirmed the room we booked can accomodate for 2 adult and one chd with no extra cost as long as we are happy that there will only be one king bed. But the night before check in, everything was changed. We were told we have to pay extra $100 for my son to stay and at check in on the day, we hace forced to change to another room which is totally different to what I booked originally. All they said ia apologise for any inconvenience. Both Trip.com and the hotel did not take any responsibility for this matter. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location, large rooms and easy enough to check in

Chose this place as it was most convenient to go to the hot springs. Rooms was spacious abd clean.

Really nice location and resort, even if you're not into golf. Very close location to the thermal hot springs. Big room, beautiful bathroom and balcony.

A bit of traditional style of interior, but I liked the spacious lounge room and the garden view. The bathroom was clean, and the bathtub was a bit small with limited spare space around it. The lady in the restaurant was so kind to us and we enjoyed the breakfast. :)

A very satisfying experience. I will book this hotel every time, but I have to book the second floor for the better view.

I booked this hotel for a hot spring bath, but I didn't understand the room description. I thought I booked a suite with a kitchen. I didn't want to eat white food, so I went to an Asian supermarket to buy food. When I arrived, I realized that I didn't have anything. Then I asked if I could change the room but I had to pay twice as much. But the room itself is great. It's on the golf course, the environment is very good, the room is big and comfortable, and parking is very convenient

The room is quite big and the service is OK, but there is no toothbrush or toothpaste

The room is big and the golf course is right outside. The facilities inside are generally pretty good. But there was a strange smell. The location is also quite awkward. It is not very convenient to go back and forth to Sorrento or Lighthouse. I’ll probably choose one in Sorrento next time.
