The lobby is deceivingly updated for how dated the rooms are. Pretty positive the bed was actually broken, and the tv was much too small, even for the aesthetics. I guess you get what you pay for as it was fairly inexpensive but just did not compare to other hotel properties in the Indianapolis area.

It took several hours to get guest service, called the front desk multiple time more than hours in between. Asked for extra towels, nothing was delivered.
Also roads were unsafe, snow was not removed on common areas.

Great hotel, especially for the price. We were in town for a basketball tournament and needed a hotel for one night. This one checked all my boxes. 1. Comfy bed and pillows. 2. Hot water fast. 3. Coffee maker. 4. Proper king sized pillows on the king bed, not a dozen of those little lumpy pillows. 5. Blackout blinds. 6. Easy to control heat/cool and not too noisy. 7. Fluffy-enough towels. 8. Detachable hangers. 9. Lidded toilet. 10. Good breakfast. We will stay here again when we’re in town.
