It was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. It felt old, but it was clean and well-maintained, so I had no inconvenience using it.

Staff was not helpful. I never got to stay because my airline flight was delayed due to weather, and later rerouted to Charlotte. Reason for trip was a death in the family. I contacted front desk at 5:00 pm to let them know my flight was delayed, later contacted them again at 7:30pm to tell them I needed to cancel reservation because I was sitting on the tarmac in the plane for 2 and a half hours. Missed my connecting flight, was then retouted and wouldn't be arriving due to circumstances beyond my control. They didn't care, and would not refund my money. I left a message for manager and never got the courtesy of a return call, I DEFINITELY would not recommend it ever consider staying here

This is the best Quality Inn we have stayed in over forty years of traveling. Known as a budget friendly property, you are pleasantly surprised by the overall cleanliness of the common areas as well as the rooms, which are spotless. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast buffet was well maintained and adequate. Many channels on the tv which was shown on a large flat screen, WiFi was fine, bathroom was large and very clean. Overall, for the modest price this Quality inn is an excellent place to stay. We will definitely return.

Everything about this place is excellent. The rooms are super clean, the staff is polite and friendly, and the site well maintained. A++++

Overall the hotel was ok. But…Hallways were not vacuumed every day. Carpet in the hallway needed to be repaired. Carpet was a potential trip hazard on the second floor. One in front of the elevator and one outside my room door.
The popcorn ceiling in the bathroom needed to be taken down or repaired over the shower.

Great experience , breakfast was terrible , staff was cool a/c was horrible, ice machine wasn’t clean found black particles in ice , elevator was very old and free parking .No pool and rooms were clean , no smoking and no pets over all 6.7 out of 10
