I really liked Fitzroy Island itself!!
I think I'll just go for a day trip next time.
The room was dusty and moldy, and the bed was damp.
Unfortunately I couldn't sleep because of the strong damp smell.

Excellent stay, we love Fitzroy, so sad that the memberships are stopping. Snorkeling with the turtles and marine life are so magical.

We had a wonderful two night stay in a welcome suite. The suite was huge and had everything you could possibly want. The suite has a Lovely balcony with a beach view. There was a fully functional kitchen which we didn't use. We went to Zephyr's restaurant where the service and food was exceptional. All the staff at the resort were very friendly. It is a little expensive but it is such a beautiful place.

We stayed in Fitzroy for 2 nights. During this time we booked a kayak tour and a snorkeling tour. Both were quite disappointed. Very very minimal information was shared on both tours and found it was no different to doing those activities solo. Foxys bar was a huge let down, below average food at such an expensive cost. The general store really had the absolute bare minimal inside. All in all, the views there were amazing and truly made it feel like paradise. The staff were very lovely also.

What a beautiful piece of paradise. Stunning location, beautiful walks and the water was gorgeous. However our group was treated so poorly. If you plan to go to Fitzroy with a group i would strongly suggest NOT going. They were not at all accommodating. We were the only group booked in at Zephyr Restaurant for dinner. Our group did have some last minute people attend requiring an additional 6 people to be added to our booking. They would NOT accommodate and just made the entire night difficult and never have a felt so unwelcomed at a restaurant. The F&B manager was not at all considerate and was extremely rude. He certainly made our stay memorable for all the wrong reasons. After visiting Fitzroy for years we wont be considering Fitzroy again nor will we recommend.
