Hotel confortevole e pulito, zona ristorazione ben curata e si mangia benissimo,la Spa favolosa! La camera ampia e con un letto grandissimo. Musica di relax che ti accompagna per tutto il soggiorno. Tutto perfetto

Terzo anno in questo splendido hotel/spa. È sempre una certezza venire qui...una certezza di recuperare uno stato psico fisico ... lontani da tutto lo stress e dal mondo... super coccolati, personale (TUTTO) sempre super disponibile. La spa sempre molto curata. Una nota che posso esprimere è che ci dovrebbe essere più attenzione da parte degli operatori contro chi disturba la quiete in piscina o nelle saune...(premettendo che alla base c è l educazione della gente..ma purtroppo per quello ci ho rinunciato) E un'altra nota è che magari le ragazze della reception del piano centro benessere dovrebbero abbassare un pò il volume della voce sopratutto quando magari un cliente sta facendo un bel massaggio rilassante... Grazie

Hotel proprio al centro di Fiuggi...200 metri dalla stazione centrale, arrivata sul posto dall'esterno non sembra bellissimo ma appena si accede si incontra una hall bellissima con diversi punti di relax. Personale alla reception gentilissimi e check-in tutto molto veloce. Camere confortevoli, inoltre presenta una spa di tutto rispetto e aperta fino alle 20:00 e per alcune sere fino le 22:30. Consiglio a chiunque di passare dei giorni in questo bellissimo hotel per ritrovare se stessi e ricaricarsi.

Siamo andati il 30 aprile…accoglienza e spa superlativa come sempre (visto che non è la prima volta che ci andiamo….. Dopo pranzo siamo andati in giardino a bordo piscina per rilassarci al sole e alle 14,30 è arrivato il giardiniere che prima tagliava il prato facendo un rumore assurdo con il tagliaerba e poi ha cominciato a spargere del medicinale con un macchinario che con il vento è venuto tutto dalle nostre parti con un odore nauseabondo che ci ha costretto a rientrare in SPA nonostante la giornata stupenda. Ma la situazione peggiore e inaccettabile si verifica alle 16, quando avevamo prenotato un massaggio relax di coppia e qui è iniziato un vero calvario!!! Sulle professionista nulla da eccepire per gentilezza e professionalità, ma non si può fare un massaggio relax con un motore interno alla stanza (credo aria condizionata) molto rumoroso, senza un po di musica di sottofondo, gente che urla nel corridoio, ma soprattutto (VERAMENTE ASSURDO) operai che usano un martello pneumatico sopra la nostra stanza per tutta la durata del massaggio (situazione fatta notare anche alle operatrici nell'immediatezza) Una giornata che ci è costata € 350,00 non credo che possa trovare simili disservizi. Ma cosa ancora più spiacevole, ho mandato ben 2 mail x segnalare l’accaduto e non ho ricevuto neppure risposta…
