Ok, just stayed for one night, the room was spacious and very quiet. The elevator, like most hotels in Italy, is small enough to accommodate only one person. The hotel owner is very warm. The location is near the train station, the distance is also 300 meters, of course, the first time to go is not very easy to find. Breakfast is relatively simple. There are a lot of small shops around, and bars and restaurants open at night during the day or have a short time.

We spent several nights here. First the positive: Very nice property with a great view of the coast and the Etna. Tasteful facilities. Beautiful pool and beautifully built garden. Breakfast was OK. However, more variety would have been nice, for example with tomatoes, mozzarella, olives. There was always the same salami and the same cheese. With regard to the culinary claim of the house, it was overall too little. But what disturbed us most was the feeling that you were not really welcome. This started at the Check Inn by the receptionist Gloria. Normally the procedure runs as follows: Heart greeting of guests and demand how the arrival was. During completion of the formalities, offering a cold drink, if necessary, water. Then a tour through the hotel facility with explanations. Finally, the room, accompanied by the offer of guests' questions, is available at any time. Nothing of the same for Gloria. You were brought into the room, the key was pushed into the hand and that was. Completely unprofessional. The same behaviour at check out. No demand as it has fallen to one where the journey is going now, etc. bill, pay, finished. With empathy or hospitality, no trace of heartfulness. Damn. Therefore, only 3 points and the recommendation for Gloria to make a training on guest accommodation.

We stayed at this country hotel for 2 nights and it was truly a dream stay. The staff are really friendly and do their best to accommodate your needs. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are very clean. We arrived there late and they managed to accommodate us for dinner with a last minute reservation. The food is really good and the breakfast has a varied selection of cold cuts and sweets. The pool area is really nice and ideal for relaxation. Parking was not a problem and very secure as it was part of the property. We will surely visit again.
