Awful service. Will never book again Policy is unbelievable against customers

The receptionist is kind and helpful. The room is overall clean and tidy and comfortable. The problem is that the sound insulation is very bad and u can hear people talking from everywhere. The location is quite far away from the city, u need to take a 7-9 min walk to the bus station. The hotel shuttle bus to fiumicino airport costs 8 euro. The breakfast is same every day. Overall the stay is fine, the room is ok and I slept well (the noise does not go overnight so it's not big prbl actually).

Very clean and kind hotel. They let us check in early and organized a taxi for our early morning flight. Very close to all the restaurants. Only issue, was the bathroom door locked us out. They manager came to help quickly, but that was a strange problem, eh? Overall would recommend.

The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, seaside and airport/ Rome bus stop. The hotel workers are very friendly and willing to help. The mattress is just right, very comfortable. No water boiler in the room, family with small babies need to prepare other solutions. Elevator is not working properly, but can store stroller in the storage room.

There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, which is very convenient. There are also buses to the Vatican and Termini Station from near the hotel, so I think it is a convenient base for sightseeing even if you are not in Rome. There are also seafood restaurants, pizza shops, and supermarkets nearby, so it was a very good environment for me.

It's rubbish. The price is 1200, which is a very bad price. The bathroom is also very bad. We don't even want to go to the bathroom to take a shower at night.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, but the hotel facilities and supporting facilities are really hard to describe.

Quiet small hotel near Rome airport. It is located away from the glide path, so planes do not interfere. You can swim in the sea, the beaches are sandy. There are both free city ones and a dozen private paid ones. Two buses to Rome, go every hour. In general, a good place to take a break if you have an independent connection in Rome.
