Close to the airport. There is a resort hotel so close to the airport. It can be seen that the vacation function is average. Many cars were parked. Visible functionality. There are also many units nearby that come to have dinner. The restaurant was full. The name is resort, which doesn't fit. More like a business hotel. There are also rooms that are not next to each other. The cry is particularly clear at night. Europeans and Americans have really good health, they have been struggling for a long time😂

First of all, I have to explain that I chose this place specifically because I was leaving Rome Fiumicino Airport the next day. If I didn’t fly out of Rome the next day, then this location would definitely not be good. I don’t know if it is because it is an airport hotel, but the hotel will send an online check-in link to the reserved email address in advance, and will also send a check-out link in advance. The room consumption list is clear at a glance (Figure 1). Online check-in and check-out in advance is indeed convenient for guests and reduces waiting time. However, although it is an airport hotel, the hotel's airport drop-off service requires a fee of 7 euros per person and is not free. The last picture is the room consumption details displayed after clicking to check out. After completing the payment, you will receive an electronic invoice. I think the hotel is impeccable, but the service provided by Crip.com was extremely poor during this booking. Before check-in, I received a notification from crip.com that the credit card I provided was only used as a guarantee and the guest needed to pay at the front desk. I asked the hotel to send me a payment link and I would pay by myself. As a result, it cost me a lot of time. It was only on the day of check-out that I figured out that the hotel thought that what was deducted from my credit card was the room fee and not the guarantee fee. I was even more speechless. I sent the hotel's email confirming that I had paid to Crip's customer service, but the customer service still said it was just a security deposit and that I had to pay it again at the front desk.

The hotel environment is very quiet and relaxing. It's a pity that I have to catch a flight and don't have time to experience swimming and spa. The restaurant requires reservations and seating, and the service is slow. In the morning, the waiter cleaned the room and the soundproofing was not good, so it was a bit noisy. The attitudes of the front desk staff range from friendly to average. I tipped 2 euros to take the luggage back to the room. If you can't get a taxi on the roadside, the front desk will help you call a taxi to the airport, which costs 25-30 euros. In fact, you can get there in seven or eight minutes. If you are not in a hurry, you can take the hotel bus to the airport.

The room is quite big, nice👍
