Unfortunately i was delayed on a flight from New Zealand, about as far away as you can possibly get, and I was unable to make contact with the owners until after i landed, and they simply said we couldn't check in because we were too late, with zero flexibility or assistance... was a great start to the visit - not.

Service was excellent, she met us at doors, and walked us in .
House & amenities are bit tired and outdated . Door lock is very old fashioned & hard to get open .
The location really is middle of nowhere.

Stayed here for a night to get to airport in the morning. Very interactive and friendly host. Accommodating as well. Nice clean and comfortable stay. About 10 minutes drive to airport. There are eating places just few minutes walk from the house.

Helpful staff, clean, comfortable and convenient to Rome airport (FCO). Although it is near the airport and there is occasional noise from aircraft taking off, there was no noise overnight. Staff recommended very nice restaurant for dinner within an easy walk from the Yellow House. Staff arranged pick-up by car to get to the airport on check-out.

Very clean and comfortable for a quick overnight stay. Hostess was lovely and accomodating when I had arrival time delayed and provided a nice continental breakfast for an early departure. I would recommend The Yellow House for a stay near the airport in a nice quiet area.

The room was clean and close to restaurants. Only spent a night there, and would stay there again. Close to airport. Upon arrival our host Enrica was there waiting for us and was very friendly and helpfull.

We loved everything about this property. The price was so good, I kinda questioned it in my own mind until I read the positive reviews. Enrica was in contact with me all along the rental way, asking what we might need and making sure there was always a clear line of communication. The property is clean and well maintained. We had room 5 and I highly recommend it. The bed is super comfortable, all the rooms have separate mini split AC/Heat units. An in room mini fridge is also provided. We felt safe and secure during our two night stay. We would certainly stay there again and again. I recommended using FreeNow Taxi App or Uber unless you have your own vehicle. The Yellow House was a hit with us.
