I had an early flight and this is why I booked this hotel. I booked a taxi with the reception for 420am and it didn't arrive. As the hotel didn't have a 24 hour service I had no way of finding out what had happened. I then had to walk to another hotel with a 24 hour front desk service and order a taxi with them. Probably will not use this hotel again due to my experience.

All’arrivo buona accoglienza e ottima pulizia della stanza. Tuttavia, abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni e per tutta la nostra permanenza il servizio di pulizia in camera era ricoprire il letto e pulire i sanitari. Al check out (dichiarato dal sito dalle 4 alle 10) alle 8.30 abbiamo dovuto lasciare le chiavi a una cameriera che passava di lì perché la reception era chiusa senza indicazioni.
