Villa Rosita was a really good place to stay if you want to be close to the airport( About a 12 minute ride)...and Villa Rosita has a shuttle service. Shuttle was great just $15 for two ppl and was right on time.The owner was quite a nice guy..let us check in about 2-3 hours early. There is a restaurant RIGHT next door...and or you can walk about 10 minutes and there are several nice restaurants in the area. Room was very clean...even has a nice backyard where they have lemon trees. If you go there by taxi...in our case, I had to give our driver my phone to follow google maps as he somehow just could not find this nice place. After I gave this older taxi driver my phone, we got to Villa Rosita in about 25 minutes or so from the Vatican area... You have self serve breakfast from about 4:30am...really helps if you need coffee early :) All good!

To avoid traveling from Roma to airport during night, villa Rosita is a solid option. Nice room, nice garden, nice host. Order normal taxi for airport as minibus arranged by host is a rip off - he asked 20 E for a short distance to Fiumicino airport.

Una piccola dependance molto accogliente e ristrutturata, con un giardino enorme, la camera era pulita e profumata dotata di tisane , the e camomilla. Federico, titolare della struttura gentilissimo e super disponibile.

I booked this room over 6 months in advance only to have it canceled by the innkeeper the day we were to arrive. The email basically said they could not accommodate us. We spent the night in the Rome airport.

B&b che consiglierei a tutti.... gentilezza, pulizia, colazione ottima, servizio navetta per aereoporto comodissimo ed impagabile. I proprietari meritano davvero... io e mia moglie per problemi siamo tornati dal giappone in anticipo e avevamo un pernottamento pagato al ritorno.... senza alcun problema ci hanno cancellato la prenotazione capendo il nostro problema e senza alcuna penale.. siamo rimasti sbalorditi da tutta questa gentilezza. CINSIGLIATISSIMO
