Neptune Villa’s. We had a horrible experience! After a long travel day we arrived to check in and was told ‘we don’t have a room for you’. We most certainly did have a reservation but they said no rooms were available. They had been trying to call us and email us… yep WHILE we were in the flight to TCI!!!! Not the way to start the vacation. Ended up having to pay premium $$$$ to find and book a room for 3 nights so last minute. Horribly disappointed in how we were treated and absolutely would recommend you NOT BOOK NEPTUNE VILLAS!

What a hidden gem! The villas were amazing and spacious. Very clean. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The restaurant was AMAZING.
The Villa was a two bedroom, two full bathroom, kitchen with appliances, a large common area, pool, large wrap around porch and hammock.
We left the premises. But we didn’t have to. I’ll come back for sure.

Property is on a sound, beautiful clear water, unique villas, great restaurant. As described, not great for walking outside of small resort as there are no sidewalks. Quiet and romantic.

After a horrible stay at Club Med Turquoise we found this amazing place to stay. It's far from Grace Bay but has two beautuful beaches very near (one just across the road), a beautiful swimming pool and a good restaurant. The Neptune Villas are big and very confortable and we recommend them strongly. You need a car to move around.

Very nice property, updating was in progress so I will not fault them for not being as modern as other places. But it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Having a plug pool to ourselves was a bonus. We will be back
