Das Wetter war wunderschön jedoch waren draußen leider nicht mal Schaukeln aufgehängt. Das war sehr schade für die Kinder. Der Außenbereich ist ziemlich lieblos und in die Jahre gekommen dafür die Spieleecke drinnen sehr toll. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist nicht gut, aber das Frühstück selber war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber.

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe mit 60 Gästen unterwegs. Buchung, Abwicklung, Check-in/out alles unkompliziert. Freundliches Personal, wenn was nicht so passt einfach sagen und es wird behoben. Wir hatten ein super-schönes Schiwochenende, Dankeschön!

Wir möchten die besonders freundliche und aufmerksame Reception hervorheben. Tolle Tipps, sehr nett und nehmen ihren Auftrag den Gast zu helfen sehr ernst. Die Zimmer waren sauber und großzügig. Es ist kein 5× Sterne Haus, aber das weiss man beim buchen. Frühstück war sehr gut. Alles in guter Qualität vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Platz für alle reichlich vorhanden. Ich würde (werde) wieder kommen.

De indeling van de kamer viel tegen, er stonden 2 stoelen met een tafel voor 4 personen. Geen vriendelijk ontvangst en vertrek, bij vertrek werd niet gevraagd hoe het verblijf was geweest, betalen en klaar. Ontbijt was prima. Wifi was waardeloos, met 2 pubers moet dit zeker goed zijn

Perfekter Platz für Familien mit Kindern. Der Turnsaal ist ein Traum, da können die Kinder sich austoben. Das Haus verfügt über eine schöne Saunalandschaft. Das Essen vielfältig und sehr gut - in Büfettform. Die Küche ist sehr bemüht. Schibushaltestelle in der Nähe. Das Haus verfügt über alle Voraussetzungen für Wintersport (Schuhtrockner, Schi Abstellplätze etc.) Es bietet viel Platz. Preis /Leistung ist sehr gut. Bei uns waren viele Gruppen im Haus.

hotel als solches in Ordnung ... das essen zu Abend war mehr als nicht zufriedenstellend. ... so schlecht gegessen habe ich mein ganzes leben noch nicht ... ein Schweine Steak das ausser trocken und hart war .. und am tag davor ein Pendel das ebenfalls nur trocken war .... die Küche braucht auf jeden fall eine Nachschulung in Sachen lecker kochen ... und wir mussten 1 1/2 tage früher abreisen und es gab keinen Preisnachlass ... da kann man leider nichts machen ... wir müssen voll bezahlen ... Punkt ...

Grundsätzlich ein tolles Hotel mit guter Lage. ABER leider hat fast das gesamte Personal gewechselt und vor allem der alte Koch, der hervorragend kochte, fehlt. Bei Frühstück und Abendessen fehlen oft die Speisen oder das Geschirr und das Personal kommt nicht nach. Auch die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen haben stark nach gelassen. Leider sind am Wochenende auch laute Saufgruppen im Haus, sodass man bis nach Mitternacht keine Ruhe hat.

Upsides: - Our room was in line with the advertised photo. - Facilities for ski storage and ski boots. - Close to the main street with some good restaurants and shops. Downsides: - High noise from neighboring rooms - in our case by drunken youngsters during night. Additional comments: - Limited parking space at the hotel, we had to park 200m away and use temporary parking for loading skis and luggage.

First the positives. Great location and just a short walk from Altenmarkt town centre. Clean, tidy and good sized rooms. Unfortunately the negatives. The staff were not friendly or accommodating at all. Unprofessional and poorly trained. I asked for an additional pillow as the single ones provided were too thin. Three of us in the room and they could only find one additional pillow! Breakfast was ok, but the staff just did not monitor the stock levels and let things just run out (good job we were flexible). Ran out of juice, ran out of tea bags, bread rolls, bacon, sausages…in fact most things ran out and there was a delay in replenishing! We played table tennis one night. You get the bats and ball from reception and they ask for €20 deposit which is fine. The equipment was passed across in a bag…on taking the equipment from the bag we noticed one bat was broken. Within a minute of being given the equipment we returned to reception to let them know one of the bats was broken . They tried to accuse of breaking the bat….which was unbelievable as we had one just been given the bag with the equipment. On check out one of the others in our party was accused of putting a hole in the wall….covering it with a picture including a screw and raw plug to put the picture up….again unbelievable as we were on a ski trip and not a DIY trip bringing tools and equipment with us! They tried to charge €150. This accusation of course left a bad taste. Final point. We asked if it would be possible to use the spa area to take a shower as we would be skiing on our final morning with a late afternoon flight. Originally they said they would be able to accommodate and then when we returned from the slopes they said no! Not the customer service level that we have come to expect in this ski region….it will be very unlikely that I will stay again in this hotel.
