The hotel , food and train package was convenient. The staff was great for the whole experience and all of the facilities were clean and nice. The hosts, entertainers, even the train robbers made for a great experience.

We kept checking and this was the lowest priced motel in Williams - so what a deal. The staff was very friendly too. Don't let the fact that the towels weren't brand new and it somehow ruined your trip get you down. You are 1 hour away from some the greatest sights you will ever see!!

They were able to send it to me, but the honesty of their workers impressed me because I had hooked my wedding ring onto the key ring and it was still there. THANK YOU!!!!!

We get up in the night to go get some dinner come back we’re locked out And at this point i go up to the front desk and they say that my card was declined I also received a missed call at 9:58 in the morning I return the phone call 1130 the person Ivon. also acted as though she did not call me no clue so nobody informed me until I was locked out. it was embarrassing to be in front of other customers and treated as though I was trash and made to feel disgusting and I don’t appreciate it as a veteran I served this country honorably, and my girlfriend made to feel like she was below standard. I went down informed management the owner and the other manager as well. And they treated me like I was incompetent, and aggressive, by informing them of the problem. And the total lack of respect from the staff is beyond my comprehension. I would be very cautious about staying here they seem to be able to charge you whatever they feel they want and lie about it and I will include the price difference in the pictures to show the public.
