Most of my interactions at this Property were positive however, after taking a walk, I went to enjoy breakfast and was approached by a staff member while I was enjoying my meal. She asked My last name, even though my room key was clearly visible, and I was browsing through my Marriott app. She skipped everyone in the dining room and made a beeline directly towards me. I am a POC. I I did not see her approach anyone else after it was verified. Does this mean I was discriminated against?

Well, the rooms are decent. They are large and have a nice kitchen and eating area. The lobby is clean and looks new. The rooms have some wear and can use some fixes and touch ups. The air conditioning is regulated and may sometimes be locked out. That means your room may be warm but you won’t be able to use the A/C. They don’t tell you this at booking, or when you check in, but there’s a little sign inside the room. It disgusts me that hotels do this and think they can offer something and then just shut it off to save them money.

Attached parking for $9/day. Breakfast was great. Perfect place to stay if you want to be downtown.

Hotel is in a great location and easy walking g distance to Town which has an array of good restaurants. Lovely clean, spacious room with a full kitchen. Courteous & friendly staff. Great complimentary breakfast with a good selection of hot & cold food. Hotel pool is a bonus.

Clean hotel with courteous, friendly front desk personnel. Rating 5 star because the hotel meets all my expectations for a hotel in this class. The rooms are large and clean with good lighting. The location is excellent- walking distance to historical Flagstaff, across the street from a park and easy drive to Lowell observatory and Highways for easy access to Sedona, etc.. Plentiful parking across the street in well lit lot. Breakfast was good for free hotel breakfast.
