Amazing Staff

The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

Good stop off busy 40! Rooms are amazing! ****** nice size. Pool and hot tub! Good comps and food for any taste. Truckers nice stop for you good comps with a cdl. Great views of the surrounding mountains. Discount for veterans and truckers on rooms. If you are near flagstaff stop its worth it . Also nice travel center just off 40!

The hotel part is attractive and pleasant - not amazing, but we had clean, spacious and tranquil room with nice amenities. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of the ****** and dining. The ****** looked and felt a bit sad and neglected. Lots of staff around but not sure what they we doing... We never once saw any servers nor were we ever offered any drinks (alcoholic or not) while gaming. When we asked about this, we got various excuses that suggested there were or would be servers and drinks, but we never saw any at all. There is else nothing close-by except a gas station, and the only place open for a meal at the resort was a crowded, rather dingy Sports Bar, and we had to go on a wait list to get into it. Las Vegas it definitely is _not_.
