The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

As we have observed over several visits, the staff is professional, very friendly, courteous and competent!!
Their goodness and kindness seems to rub off on everyone else visiting their resort! We will be back and look forward to it!

Having stayed at 100’s of 5 star hotels all around the world, I am a good judge of quality hotels. For our trip to northern Arizona to explore the amazing scenery, we based at Twin Arrows. The hotel is beautiful and spotless. Our suite is very comfortable and the bed and towels are high quality. The staff is simply outstanding. When I called to inquire about the property they were very helpful and at the property the front desk team are always smiling and eager to assist. The food venues are great and the prices are significantly lower than Las Vegas comparable hotel food sources. The indoor pool and jacuzzi is very clean and conveniently open until 2 am.

Overnight stay. ****** was fine. Being it’s the middle of nowhere, you have to rely on their restaurants. The only restaurant that was supposed to be open (middle of afternoon) was not. Modified hours. Food was pretty bad. Service was slow. The manager did however apologize and comp the meals, but we left hungry. Wanted to get a drink, the bartender was so uninterested and unfriendly. Room overall was clean other than the shower had old soap remnants from the last guest. Told the front desk and they didn’t apologize just said “we’ll let housekeeping know”.
