Last minute stop was great. The hotel and staff member who help us had perfect manners. She always had a smile on her face. If we come this way again, we will be staying here.

Good hotel with clean rooms , location is also easy to find....

The place was located close to the downtown. It’s clean and we like that the rooms do not have carpet. Only thing we would like to comment was the breakfast, it was just coffee, juice, oatmeal and toast. We were hoping for at least eggs and/or sausage.

After coming out of the Grand Canyon, I lived in the town of Flagstaff. Motel standard, nothing to say. The rumbling sound of the American-style air conditioner is also a standard configuration. The breakfast is served in a special way. Coffee, milk and toast are self-serve. Everyone can go to the front desk to order and choose one of the two. The hot scrambled eggs, bacon and bagels are very good. Northern Arizona State University is here, backed by snow-capped mountains.

The location of the hotel is convenient, the room is clean, but the breakfast is relatively simple. Next time, I will recommend friends to the Grand Canyon. It is more convenient to stay and save time.

We didn’t get any sheets for the pack n play, there were only 3 towels for 2 queen bed room. The pool was closed. In the morning one person was working. They were doing checkouts, restocking and cleaning the continental breakfast, and making hot breakfast burritos and sandwiches in the back. It was way too much work for her. She was kind but there was no milk, butter, spoons or cream cheese. The coffee and milk had spilt everywhere. There was a very long line to check out and order hot food. It was honestly crazy. I felt bad for her.

Extremely environmental friendly. All soaps are ecological. Very clean bed room and bathroom. Will be back absolutely.

Everything was ok. floor was a little dirty and when i opened the door it had the aroma of smoke is a smoke free room.

Nice, clean, budget friendly hotel. Would recommend getting a room on the second floor though. We stayed on the first floor, and the floors are hard laminate so the people upstairs with their rolling bags and hard soled shoes seemed quite noisy in the middle of the night and early morning making it difficult to sleep. The rest of it was all fine. Room was clean, and heater worked great on a very cold night.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. I got a room downstairs and people above were making a lot of noise. We could hear people talking outside and the cleaning crews carts were noisy early in the morning. So it was noisy. Otherwise it was a great clean room, they did a good job with the remodel.

The floor in the room was dirty. There is a new fresh blood stain on the bedsheet in the room from where I do not know.

Bed had bed bugs. I woke up the next day cover in bites. I had to request a room exchange. They changed the room with out hesitating.

Room was on the side facing the freeway which was a little noisy throughout the night. Other than that, the one night stay was very nice. Free breakfast ( breakfast burritos, toast, bagel, cereal, coffee, juice) was good as well.

This makes our second night. Daniel at the desk is very friendly and helpful!! Room is very clean and the burritos they serve are good you just have to tell them you want them. Highly recommend
