Our second stay here, we had another enjoyable stay. A little further up the hill from shops, but ski bus during the day and the free taxi service in the evening makes this not an issue at all. It is ski in/ski out from the back of the property. Would recommend and probably will be returning next year

This is not really a hotel but rather a privately owned apar**ent that is managed likely by a third party. Virtually no amenities like shampoo, toothpaste, body wash were provided. Even tissues and toilet paper were minamally supplied. Space for storing luggage cases and ski clothing not large. Bathroom large but not pleasant. Location good and swimming pool and massage pool very nice. Has onsite restaurant but regular menu items perhaps a little expensive compared to restaurants in nearby village.

Great facilities and location above the resort is well served by either Flaine area ski/shuttlebus or in the evening the hotel operates an on demand minibus which was a great help. Handy to ski in/out and pool and health spa were good also.

We had a great time. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The apar**ent is very pleasant with everything you need, impeccable bedding. A perfect service with Uber that takes you and brings you back when there are no more buses, passing the EDT bus stop right in front of the residence. At the top The heated swimming pool outside was a great experience I can't wait to go back Thank you for everything

Great comfy apar**ents. Compact kitchen. One double bedroom & sofabed this time, but we've had two bedrooms & sofabed in the past. This was our 3rd visit. Try and get a room with a valley view - and a top floor with high ceilings if you can! Ski in & out - so convenient. Pool, spa and gym are fantastic for relaxing - but can get busy at peak times. Alpine looking residence and very different to the concrete blocks in Flaine centre. 10 min walk down or free mnibus transfer available - and within 4 mins of a phonecall, they would come and pick you up. Milk, bread, all essentials etc from Spar mini market in Helios (5min walk). Would definately recommend.

Stay which went well but why did you call a VTC from Eastern countries, which multiplied its price by 3 compared to a real local taxi? With whom I was able to chat at Cluses station....price of VTC 200€ price of a taxi 90€...an explanation?

Beautiful ski-in/ski-out residence, very well appointed apar**ent with 1 bedroom, enough room for 4 with two older children who slept in the living room. nothing to complain about for cleanliness and cooking essentials. efficient and friendly welcome. we used the paid parking, practical and at the same price as in the station. free shuttle from the residence after the closure of the bus line right opposite (convenient for returning in the evening) but you walk down to the station 10 MINUTES on foot. the restaurant in the residence is average. on the other hand the negative point is the swimming pool-spa area even if it is of a respectable size compared to other residences and well arranged sauna hamam jacuzzi and heated outdoor swimming pool, it has no respect for the instructions or a dedicated place quiet (prohibited for under 16s), people are noisy, the jacuzzi serves as a municipal swimming pool for families, young children and even some children who throw themselves in. Unfortunately we did not see anyone to enforce it. place. shame!!!

Went with 3 families during spring break. It was absolutely fantastic! * wonderful beds. Both the master bedroom and the large sofa bed. Even 2 teenagers fit well together * you can order fresh bread and pick it up every morning at the counter * ski out: take the elevator to the 3rd floor, put on your skis/snowboard and go. Via the short chair lift you are immediately at the various lifts * ski in: via the short drag lift and chair lift you will be right back in front of the hotel. But the ski bus is also ideal and stops in front of the door * nice swimming pool/sauna, the children swam every day * after 6 p.m. you can have the taxi service take you to the center and if you want to be picked up, you call again and they will be in front of you within 5 minutes. That's absolutely great! * super neat and clean apar**ent with Nespresso, enough pans and a good stove. We were on the 1st floor at the back and therefore the view was not great, but our car was in the (covered) parking garage near the apar**ent so it was easy to unpack and pack Flaine is a really beautiful ski area, boarders do have to step every now and then . It looks a bit East German in terms of buildings, but there are plenty of restaurants. The only downside: where is that umbrella bar for a good apres ski?! We enjoyed it and recommend the hotel/apar**ent to everyone

Travelled as a party of 5. One couple and a family of 3. First ski holiday for us but the family have had multiple skiing holidays. Having no experience of a ski holiday we had no idea what to expect. Read many mixed reviews of this hotel however we have absolutely no complaints. We travelled with Sunweb and everything went as planned. The hotel itself was great. We had a Mountain View apar**ent on floor -2. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sofa bed in living area, kitchenette and dining area. Plenty of storage and a lovely wee balcony too. We were also at the end of the corridor right by a fire exit that you could access with your room key to go in and out of. We didn’t have to traipse through the whole hotel and felt like we had our own private entrance. Ski in ski out was great with heated locker room on floor 3. We would order breakfast from the bakery, get organised for the day, head to the locker room and we were off. Great hot tub, steam room and jacuzzi to relax in after a days skiing. Personally we found the pool on the cold side, but we’re just being soft….we were surrounded by snow! The room had everything you would ever need. It was clean, warm and comfortable. Flaine had everything we needed. Supermarkets, shops and some great places to eat! Chez Daniel, Les Cimes, Le Bistro F and The Social being our favourites. From a first timers point of view…..visit Flaine and stay here!
