Жили в этом отеле конец апреля-начало мая (2 недели). Отель позиционирует себя, как 4 звезды. Реально отель не дотягивает и до трех звезд. Пляж ужасный, весь в камнях и мусоре. Худший участок пляжа на всем Флике. Еда в ресторане невкусная, практически каждый день одни и те же блюда. Голодными не останетесь, но удовольствия от принятия пищи не получите. Но это не самое ужасное, что есть в отеле… в отеле постельные клопы! Их очень много! Ночью включили свет из-за укусов, а на кровати их было штук 30! Жили в номере Супериор с видом на море.Пожаловались на ресепшен. Администратор даже не удивился данной информации. В качестве извинений нас переселили в самый дорогой номер с убеждениями, что там их 100% нет. Но увы и ах… проснулись все искусанные. Весь корпус заражен клопами.Высокий риск привезти клопов домой, поэтому пришлось все вещи отдавать в химчистку. К посещению категорически не рекомендуем, чтобы не испортить свой отдых, как это было у нас!

I booked a night for my Mrs birthday, what can I say, I wish I had booked more days to stay, well next time will definitely book min a week, we had such and amazing time there, very clean and pleasant atmosphere, my wife and the kids were very happy and surprised with the birthday cake ,the room the music and the staff singing happy birthday while bringing her the cake. I would like to say a big thank you to Mr Dave Bundhoo (general manager) who looked after us so well in every way possible and thank you to all the staff who was very polite with a genuine smile, would fully recommend this hotel and I'm gonna book again on my next visit to Mauritius

The only good thing about my visit to this hotel was the wide variety of drinks available. Staff were also helpful. However, lunch buffet had a very limited variety of food. Requires much improvement, especially for a four star hotel! Sea activities were cancelled on the day I went due to weather conditions. Having to stay indoors, I could see that there is a dire lack of indoor activities and poor entertainment. Atmosphere was mostly quiet. Changing rooms are across the road and very far from swimming pool, which is very inconvenient. More sunbeds can also be added.

Vanessa and Kamlesh from buffet were very nice and helpful they had a smile on their face we did not feel like we were disturbing them. Whereas the African security, Andy waiter and the bar team were cold toward us not a single smile on their face and there was not enough variety of food on the Asian buffet no cold dishes, the hot corner was delightful dessert we had only fruit salad as the other was not tasteful on top of that the fruit salad was like a bowl of soup. We feel that we went to a basic restaurant and not a 4 stars hotel. The security was knocking harshly on the car window to give directive for parking

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pearl Beach resort and spa hotel. The staff have been amazing and so friendly, couldn’t do enough for us, particularly Patrick, Josiah, all the staff at the pool bar. Reception, and dining area. Had 3 trips out with amazing people. Thankyou all so much.

A hotel with human dimensions. We appreciated the calm, the ambient music from the swimming pool not too loud, our feet in the water, and a special thought for a Fabulous culinary experience. And thank you to all the staff who always have a smile. A real vacation at pearlbeach
