The scenery is beautiful, and the infinity pool by the sea is great for taking photos. The restaurant is delicious, the service attitude is good, and I stayed for five days. Overall, the experience was super good. Recommend everyone to stay

Our room on the garden floor of the hotel, surrounded by natural vegetation and life, was wonderful. House keeping was cleaned the room both in the morning and in the evening. Luxury products were used in the bathroom. We had a large, comfortable room with a sea view. The staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. The food was great.
The staff were all very nice but the hard-working and kind Ashwin in the restaurant and Ruby who helped on the beach were really good staff.
Your expectations and perceptions are shaped by how you plan your holiday. We made a reservation thinking that the sea would be very nice. But unfortunately the sea was too shallow for swimming. Even the sea of the public beach, which was only 4 minutes away by car, was better. I can say that everything was great except the sea. Drone shooting is not allowed in the hotel at any time or any area.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der vielen guten Bewertungen ausgewählt und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Lage am Ende des Fic en Flac Strandes ist ruhig und der Ausblick traumhaft.Die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und sauber und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Essen war ausgesprochen gut mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen so dass man auch als Vegetarier nicht hungern musste :) . Hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Dienstpersonal des Hotels- alle waren äußerst zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer gut gelaunt. Zu meinem Geburtstag wurde ich mit einem mit Blüten verziertemTisch und einer wunderbaren Torte überrascht. Auch die Damen an der Omelettestation waren immer so lustig und freundlich. Auch bei Varishnee, Ruddy, den zwei jungen Poolboys (Yan und seinem Freund), sowie den Herren an der Cocktailbar und beim Wassersport möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken. Wir können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen und wir hoffen wir kommen bald wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Wien, Mario & Julia

The Sands provides a wonderful, relaxing environment that really helped us unwind and enjoy our stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they made us feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. We don’t usually return to resorts but Sands may be the exception

Ein traumhafter Platz um auszuspannen. Absolute Ruhe am Strand. Immer ausreichend Liegen - egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Tolle Gartenanlage. Durch die offene Architektur im gesamten Empfangs-, Bar- und Restaurantbereich ist immer sehr gute Luft. Super aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Sehr guter Service. Extrem freundliches Personal. Tolle Zimmer - alle mit Meerblick. Sehr sehr schön. Weiterempfehlung 100 %

I really enjoyed my stay here. All staff, Gloria and The front desk manager mr Krishna specifically have been a great help and very profitional. They even let us do late checkout. I will definitely come back here again. Mr Kosher from the restaurant was very friendly and I really enjoyed my dinner here.

Super hôtel! Ont a été très bien accueilli par un monsieur très gentil aimable souriant 😊ainsi que par les autres employés. La chambre est super grande et magnifique, tous les jours ont a le droit a 2 carafes d'eau et 2 bouteille deau et une petite attention deux petits chocolats chaque soirs😊et un message pour chaque journée. Le buffet et excellent je me suis régaler et il y a eu 2 jours ou mon mari ne manger pas car il ne mange pas de crustacé le chef a été très gentil et lui a préparé ce qu'il voulait manger un homme adorable et mention aussi pour la dame qui fait les oeufs une adorable femme avec toujours le sourire et sa gentillesse. Les serveurs aussi sont très gentils pret de la piscine ils sont au petit soins avec nous et ont a rencontré des gens très sympa Jonathan toujours a faire de ambiance un garçon adorable ainsi que le dj jean paul😊et merci aussi a la dame qui et responsable du service clientèle yash une femme qui et très gentille et notre écoute. Hotel de rêve ont reviendra sans hésiter c'était super et merci de attention pour notre anniversaire de mariage une table au chandelle ainsi qun très bon gâteau et une petite carte signer du personnel 🙏et pour terminer merci au doigt de fée des masseuses dewi et renuka 🤗
