The rooms were clean, very comfortable and most IMPORTANTLY the staff were amazing and went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable!!!

The hotel staff were amazing and very welcoming. The food was exceptional and the hotel management really made an effort to help bring in the new year in style. Our room was clean and the housekeeping staff were always available to help with no matter what. I would definitely recommend this hotel. As a constructive criticism, maybe the hotel could make the carts more available for the eldely as walking from the room to the main hotel is very long - it's a massive hotel. Maybe some cart taxi's at certain times for people who are older and want to get around the hotel. But other than this our time at this hotel was just incredible. Thank you La Pirogue!

Être végane est très souvent un défi, et particulièrement quand on voyage. Alors lorsqu'on rencontre une personne qui vous accueille aussi chaleureusement qu'Asif, on se sent réellement considérée. J'ai littéralement eu un déroulé de tapis rouge chaque soir au restaurant. Les chefs Didier, Kitsen, Lucky, Diksha m'ont tout à tour accompagnée au buffet pour m'aiguiller, et m'ont préparé un plat personnalisé lorsque le choix était plus restreint. J'ai fait quelques jaloux vu la sophistication des mets ! Immense gratitude à toute l'équipe qui m'a fait vivre une expérience unique et m'a réchauffé le cœur en tant qu'humaine...

We had a lovely family holiday at La Pirogue. The kids loved the kids club, the food was great, it was very relaxing and we swam with dolphins!

Nous sommes venus, ma femme et moi, pour fêter nos 20 ans de mariage à l'île Maurice. Notre choix s'est porté sur l'hôtel la Pirogue et nous sommes pleinement satisfait de notre choix. L'hôtel, la plage, les bungalows, la palmeraie sont vraiment magnifique. Un vraie petit paradis. Le jour de notre anniversaire de mariage, l'hôtel nous a offert une bouteille de champagne dans notre chambre en fin de journée et nous a inviter à un délicieux repas le soir dans leur restaurant le Magenta pour un menu spécial et personnalisé. Le top! Le service était impeccable avec une mention spéciale pour notre serveur Arvind dont le sourire et le soucis de notre bien être durant notre repas à été un vrai bonheur. Merci pour ce moment inoubliable 😊

Emplacement et cadre magnifiques : les bungalows sont dans une palmeraie, et l’hôtel est le long de la plage. Le cadre est superbe. En revanche : l’isolation phonique des chambres dans les bungalows est inexistante, ce qui s’avère vraiment pénible en cas de couple bruyant…. Le service est très inégal : l’accueil est clairement désagréable. En revanche le restaurant principal est top : nourriture vraiment bien et service attentionné. Spa 5 Mondes accessible, avec des prestations géniales, pour des tarifs raisonnables. L’hôtel propose des activités comprises dans la demi-pension ( aquagym, paddle…..). Globalement, c’est un bon rapport qualité / prix, surtout en famille avec des enfants.

Super restaurant magenta dinner, notamment les serveurs Arvind et Parvish ! Je recommande. Les activités sont incroyable et le personnel se rend bien disponible. Ils sont très aimables et accueillant ce qui nous permet de vivre au mieux cette expérience !!
