I am very satisfied with the room. Although it is not big, it is warm and clean. The room can directly see the sunset on the west coast, which is very beautiful. The beach is clean and the coastline is relatively long. The flies at breakfast need to be controlled, they really affect the mood. Affects dining experience. The buffet has a rich menu and the freshly squeezed juices are delicious. The price/performance ratio is quite high.

Except for the poor phone connection with the reception, the meal was very delicious and the accessibility to Cazella and Port Louis was good. There was a small issue with room allocation, but it was resolved right away and the staff was very friendly and made me feel respected. Because it is located in the west, the sunset is amazing!! I got some of my best shots here. I want to go again. It was a great trip

Unbelievable hotel with breathtaking views of the sunset. From the moment we arrived , we were treated like VIPs by Anuradha Servais and her outstanding team. Kevin at the Buddha Bar makes the best cocktails and there is no better place to sit and watch the sunset. Excellent food and stunning accommodation and service excellence! 10/10

A wonderful weekend getaway on the occasion for my belated birthday celebration. A team beautifully lead from the leadership of an amazing GM . From arrival until my departure every single member of the team don’t miss to greet you and make you feel homely. Special mentions to Dinesh chef of Buddha bar , Sunny and Hansen from citronella and not to forget special thanks to Reshma and Ashee from the spa with magical hands. I will definitely come back . We would just like to thank the staff at Sugar Beach for a wonderful holiday. What started out a bit of a rocky amd unpleasant experience turned out to be a magnificent holiday thanks to the quick response of the management and staff of sugar beach. Beautiful beach, friendly staff and great atmosphere we can highly recommend Sugar Beach. We would specifically like to mention a few members of the Sugar Beach team that stood out for us. Firstly thank you to Merwyn the hotel manager who quickly sorted out the initial issues we had and created a wonderful holiday, we would also like to thank Saddul who made our everyday breakfast experience such a treat, also Anjily at Buddah Bar who made our anniversary dinner such a special occasion. These are just a few of the many wonderful staff members that created the warm welcoming feeling at the resort. We highly recommend the Buddah bar experience which serve amazing prawn tempura, beef teriyaki and delicious tiger prawns. The citronella bar for more of a romantic dinner with sumptuous Italian cuisine such as mushroom rossetti, sea food pasta and the best beef carpaccio you will ever taste. If yoy can the fully inclusive package is a worthwhile spend and you can truly relax and enjoy your holiday. Overall a great holiday. Thank you once again Sugar Beach we will hopefully see you again soon.

On a séjourné à l’hôtel la pirogue juste à côté du Sugar Beach mais on peut aller au spa et y faire des massages, ce qu’on a fait à deux reprises mon mari et moi. Super massage, un beau moment d’évasion qui fait du bien ! Merci à Jenna que je recommande !!! Un massage au top !!! ☺️🤩👍
