房間很滿意，雖然不大，但很温馨乾淨，房間可以直接看到西海岸的日落，非常美。沙灘乾淨，海岸線比較長。早餐的蒼蠅需要控制一下，真的太影響心情了。影響用餐體驗。自助餐的菜品挺豐富，現榨的果汁好喝。性價比挺高。

리셉션과 전화연결이 잘 안된것 빼고는 식사도 굉장히 맛있고 카젤라나 포트루이스 접근성도 좋았어요. 방 배정 관련하여 작은 문제가 있었으나 바로 해결해 주었고 직원들도 굉장히 친절하고 존중받는 느낌이 들었습니다. 서쪽에 위치해 있어서 노을이 굉장합니다!! 인생샷 몇개는 여기서 건졌어요. 또 가고싶어요. 멋진여행이었습니다

Great beach in a sheltered location, fantastic and well maintained grounds, rooms, world class gym and really great food. Security is good The staff are always polite, patient ,helpful speak several languages and are keen to help despite having at times to put up with rude and demanding behavior from the occasional guest. The room was well maintained and wow had quiet air con, a fan and a great arrangement with a separate shower , bath and two vanity sinks--so you and your partner have separate wash areas. It was also 150 m from the sea [ superb]. Remember also that Mauritian chefs can match the best in the world--but few/no chefs outside of Mauritius can produce quality Mauritian cuisine---so ask about the local dishes. The pools are well maintained and very clean unlike some lesser quality hotels. Also make sure you try the local rum and beer which is very good. Cocktails were great. There is a great juice bar at the buffet for breakfast . Now the bad bits-- The spa is good and to make you feel at home charges London prices. Beware of the prices the taxi`s try to charge you and watch your change. The hotel is some distance from shops and town--not a big deal if you are here to relax. Like many hotels this hotel has taken business advice from a teenager--so if you want any details of the hotel/programs etc you have to scan a QR code ! , I do not take a phone on holiday and the hard copy i requested never materialized. Children often badly behaved and loud are often present even at the quiet adult pool. There is no dress code to speak of, but the staff did ask a guest at the buffet wearing speedos to put a top and shorts on. The main restaurant area is quite large. On our first morning feeling a bit out of sync i was awake at 06:30 and it was sad to see guests already up--putting towels on sunbeds which stayed there all day, the hotel should be removing these to stop this selfish behavior. Some difficulty in getting any diet soft drinks. TV had several news channels but no Netflix or English language movie channels

Un service de qualité, une restauration divers et variés mais toujours excellent . Le service en chambre est exceptionnel, l utilisation de l applications aide énormément. Un merci particulier à sandia et charlene du spa qui ont su parfaitement répondre à nos attente . Un merci aussi à tavish et ittoo qui ont veille à un service en chambre à la perfection . Et merci à Bruno et Christine du patio et du citronella qui ont apporté un service restauration au petit oignon

Es waren wundervolle 14 Tage mit einigen Besonderheíten und Markel. Das ist die schwerste Bewertung, die ich jemals geschrieben habe. Pro: - 3 mal am Tag Zimmerservice und Handtuchwechsel und zur Nacht Wasserflasche bekommen - Zimmer groß und geräumig - Adultbereich mit Pool und schönen Bettliegen (jedoch waren andauernd kleine Kinder da, die geschrien haben. Bitte Zukünftig eine Lösung finden. Sonst tolles Konzept! - sehr große und schöne Anlage - beim Schwesternhotel kann man alle Aktivitäten kostenlos mitnutzen (Tretboot, Schnorcheln, Glasboot, Minigolf usw. - jeden Abend Themenabende beim Buffet (indisch, Latino, Mauritius etc.) - Essen in der Budda Bar ein mal ein MUSS , auch wenn es viel geld kostet (Romantisch, edel). Danke An die Servicekraft Angelique!!! - wunderschöner Sandstrand , keine Steine, langes spazieren möglich (Durchsichtiges türkises Wasser) - Tolle Massagen im Spa Bereich (rechtzeitig buchen) - Ein MUSS: Massage am Strand beim Sonnenuntergang, rechtzeitig buchen. Danke Elody! - toller Italiener, der zum Hotel gehört. Über die App rechtzeitig reservieren. - 15 min Spaziergang am Strand zum Supermarkt - schöne Live Musik jeden Abend - nach dem Check Out durften wir noch alle Aktivitäten nutzen und es wurde uns vor der Abreise eine Dusche gestellt (DANKE an das Team) Contra: - wir hätten uns mehr Aufklärung für alle Sachen gewünscht (wir wussten nicht das Golf umsonst ist, wo die Aktivitäten stattfinden usw.) - es gibt ein Strandservice, de dir die Getränke und essen an die Liegen bringt. Die ersten Tage wurden wir koplett ignoriert und es kam keiner. Wir waren sauer und mussten immer nach vorne den Weg laufen, um was zu trinken zu holen. Unsere Seite der Liegen wurde einfach nicht beachtett, obwohl wir viel bestellen würden. - beim Abendessen ist alles komplett durcheinander und chaotisch! Es arbeiten sehr viele junge und unerfahrene Mitarbeiter. Jeden 2. tag wurden wir teilweise vergessen oder keiner kam um unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen. - Generell im Hotel wusste man nie generell, wer zu wem gehört. Es hiess immer: "Ich bin dafür nicht zuständig, ich hole einen Kollegen." - Es war Mittags sehr schwierig für uns Essen oder Getränke zu bestellen, weil alle Restaurants zum Hotel gehörten aber die einzelnen Service Kräfte getrennt gearbeitet haben. Wenn wir an der Budda Bar Essen bestellen wollten, hieß es : "Bitte bestellen Sie nur bei den Kellnern mit gelben Cappy. "Und dann hat man sie nicht gesehen. Da muss auf jeden Fall eine Struktur her liebes Hotelmanagement. - Mittags mussten wir 3 mal 50 min auf unsere bestellen Pommes warten! Das geht nicht! - sehr hohe Getränkepreise und Essenspreise ( Cocktail ab 15 Euro, Weinflasche ab 70 Euro, Bier ab 10 Euro). Die Preise haben viele abgeschreckt, wäre besser etwas günstiger zu machen und die Urlauber würden viel mehr bestellen und motivierter sein. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub gewesen. We have had a fantastic 7 days in the resort with the kids. As soon as we arrived (after a 12-hour flight and 1 hour taxi ride) we were greeted with friendly staff who offered us drinks. It was an easy check in process. Our premium sea view room was perfect. it was located on the ground floor so we could walk onto the beautiful lawn and the beach. The view of the beach and sunset was picturesque, and our girls loved every minute. The kid’s club was great with various activities. The pool was not far away, and the cocktails and food were amazing. The activities were not far away. Dolphin swim was memorable. The kids loved the beach and collected all sort of seashells. All the staff were wonderful, always greeting us with a smile and welcoming. Vikram was fantastic in giving us tips on what to look out for on the beach. Hema brought us water every day. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all their names, but we have had a wonderful experience and holiday. I would highly recommend this resort and we plan to go back someday.

It was our first time at this resort and we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was very spacious and there was enough storage space for our luggage. The cleanliness was checked several times a day, the towels were changed regularly and the minibar was replenished regularly. Special requests were fulfilled immediately. The complex is situated in such a way that all rooms are quiet and not disturbed by street noise or other disturbances. It stretches about 1/2 km along a beautiful sandy beach. It is only a few steps from all the flats to the beach. The main restaurant offers different buffets every evening, both international and local. Two additional à la carte restaurants provide a wonderful variety and offer a wide selection of delicacies, some of which have to be paid for in addition to the meals included in the all-inclusive package. Both the food and the wine selection are of a very high standard and it is worth visiting the à la carte restaurants. From breakfast to dinner, we felt that we were always served with friendliness. The only point is that the staff in the restaurants check the T-shirts for stains from time to time and are given the opportunity to change them if necessary. As holidaymakers who are looking for peace and quiet but also want to be active on the beach, we can recommend this resort without reservation.

Excellent on all fronts. Such a special place with a lovely and warm feeling. Such stunning surroundings from the hotel lobby to the grounds to lawns to the stunning beaches. It was like a paradise. Everything was pristine, clean and organised. Special thanks to the food and beverage manager, Santoo who was so hospitable and helpful. Food was absolutely amazing-so fresh, really tasty, lots of variety and options. Loved the themed nights too. Special thanks to the ladies at the spa for an incredible facial and massage- Natalie and Leena. And actually to everyone at the hotel. The staff were always so happy and couldn't do enough for us and went above and beyond to cater for our requests and queries.
