I am very satisfied with the room. Although it is not big, it is warm and clean. The room can directly see the sunset on the west coast, which is very beautiful. The beach is clean and the coastline is relatively long. The flies at breakfast need to be controlled, they really affect the mood. Affects dining experience. The buffet has a rich menu and the freshly squeezed juices are delicious. The price/performance ratio is quite high.

Except for the poor phone connection with the reception, the meal was very delicious and the accessibility to Cazella and Port Louis was good. There was a small issue with room allocation, but it was resolved right away and the staff was very friendly and made me feel respected. Because it is located in the west, the sunset is amazing!! I got some of my best shots here. I want to go again. It was a great trip

Hôtel incroyable, personnel incroyable, séjour incroyable. Jamais vu un tel niveau d’excellence à tous les niveaux. Les lits et les chambres sont fait plus lits fois par jour. On vous ouvre le lit le soir!!! Les restaurants sont divins, avec une variété et une qualité. bluffantes. Le personnel est très à l’écoute, d’une politesse sans faille. Chaque hôte a l’impression d’être important. Au 2eme jour, les gens du bar ou du restaurant vous appellent par votre nom. Les infrastructures sont magiques et majestueuses. Je ne laisse jamais d’avis mais cette fois est différente. La note maximum n’est pas volée tellement le séjour fut merveilleux. Merci à l’équipe du sugar et à Anuradha en particulier.

Nous avons très bien mangé. Servi par Angily qui a été aux petits soins pour nous. Très souriante, accueillante et à l écoute du client . Un endroit très chaleureux et très intimiste . Les cocktails sont très bons , n hésiter pas ! Le service a été a été à la hauteur de nos espérances ! Cela fait 2 fois que l'on y va et nous ne sommes pas déçus !
