Great location and views Clean amenities Stayed in the bush camping section which was nice and quiet. Did the Bluff walk/hike/climb which was amazing but the spray painted rock markers haphazardly sprayed all over ancient rocks was a bit of a disappointment Otherwise a great stay !

Great little cabin in the wilds of the Flinders Mountains. Everything clean and well prepared. Staff were excellent with advice both before and during our stay. We took the guided walk which I would also thoroughly recommend- guide was informative and educational and also cooked a great breakfast

As a walking group, we were spread across several superior 1 and 2-bedroom units. These were very clean, spacious and comfortable and they were well-equipped. We dined at the Woolshed Restaurant and the food there was simply delicious. We also booked a mini bus to take the group of us to the beginning and the end of our walks. The drivers Alan and Andrew were delightful and friendly, and also helpful. I would suggest that we are given a two-way radio to communicate with the bus driver as we couldn't be sure of our finishing times, and there was no phone reception where we were walking. I would also suggest that firewood is always free for the fire-places near the units. Apart from these things, we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be returning to Rawnsley. Thank you.

We stayed in 2 bedroomed cabin. Clean, well equipped, warm bedding, amazing views , efficient heating / cooling system,just overall a great experience. Oven didn't work but maintenance guy came within minutes and sorted it out. We hope to visit again

I stayed in a cabin that was extremely comfortable. It was very spacious and had a car port. The cabin contained everything for my needs. This is a very central place to stay if exploring the area and it is not necessary to stay at Wilpena Pound. There was a very useful map given to guests that provided bite size chunks of information about local flora and fauna that I found very informative.

Booked unpowered site for 4 nights. There were plenty of options for unpowered and found the sites large and providing adequate privacy. We had a fire pit located at our site. The toilet and camp kitchen were well maintained. Found this park to be a great location to explore the Flinders. The lamb platter at the Woolshed Restaurant was an absolute highlight.

We stayed in one of the newer deluxe cabins & it was great. Comfortable king bed, great shower, full kitchen - not fancy but very comfortable & functional & great view of the Bluff. We were in the block nearest to reception - fair amount of traffic with associated noise & dust on first night when you want to be sitting on your veranda enjoying a drink - second night was better but need to enforce the walking pace rule. We weren’t really given much information regarding walks from the station which would have been useful. Short drive to Wilpena Visitor Centre & terrific walks. Take away pizza from Rawnsley was expensive & not that great, dine in dinner (lamb platter) was amazing & highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of four spent four nights in the cabins at Rawnsley Park Station Caravan Park and had a great time. The cabins are great value for money, and the location is spectacular for exploring the amazing Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park. Our scenic flight with Cory over Wilpena Pound was a highlight - not just of this trip, but of our many family holidays. We will be back.
