I’ve stay at this location many times. Staff is always friendly, they know me by name. I usually get to check in early. The room are starting to show their age as last refresh was in 2006. Still a nice place to stay. It’s close to the freeway, stores, and food.

Front desk service is good.
Just average room clean
Bathtub water valve did not working properly.
No hot breakfast was provided. But enjoyed very good coffee machine.

The bathroom ceiling had rust on it the toilet paper holder broke in my hands and the tub didn't hold water which wasnt horrible but I needed a hot bath to relax and it wouldnt hold water! The room itself was neat and nice but the tv didnt have instructions so no idea what could watch.

May 17 to May 18 2024 I was very disappointed at this location. The photos were deceiving. In that they showed the suites with fire places.. Just two queens were available. The hall smelled musky which meant that it was time to clean the carpet.or either replace them. When we entered the hotel it looked as if the mats had not been vacuum . This was not my first time staying at a BW. Stayed at a BW in Orlando Fl and it was infested with roaches. Stayed at a location in Traverse City it was nice. Our light blinked on and off and needed ta be replaced.. The curtains had a rip. The chairs were stained heavenly we had to cover them towels. When I reported this to the front dest they said they could not remove the chairs from the room. I Requested a manager said no manager was available on the weekends. The room was very musky and the tub was so stained I refused to even take a shower in the tub.
