I’ve stay at this location many times. Staff is always friendly, they know me by name. I usually get to check in early. The room are starting to show their age as last refresh was in 2006. Still a nice place to stay. It’s close to the freeway, stores, and food.

Front desk service is good.
Just average room clean
Bathtub water valve did not working properly.
No hot breakfast was provided. But enjoyed very good coffee machine.

The bathroom ceiling had rust on it the toilet paper holder broke in my hands and the tub didn't hold water which wasnt horrible but I needed a hot bath to relax and it wouldnt hold water! The room itself was neat and nice but the tv didnt have instructions so no idea what could watch.

I had an eight day stay here, while in town visiting family. While my entire stay was great, I want to especially compliment the excellent breakfast service! The breakfast buffet food and cleanliness are both excellent, but what makes it even better is that the attendant Diane goes the extra mile to greet everyone in the breakfast area and asks if there is anything else they need. She is a warm and friendly face which was so appreciated during my stay. A total 10 out of 10.

The highway traffic noice is significant. It is a shame that there is not a noise (and view) barrier along the backside of the motel that faces the highway.

We reserved a block of rooms for my daughter's wedding. Jeanette Anderson was our contact person. She was excellent to work with, so helpful and kind. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. I definitely recommend this hotel. It was very nicely decorated and clean. They had a nice breakfast also.

Customer service was excellent thanks to Ms. Blake. It started off unprofessional due to the front desk lady who was on a personal phone call when I walked up. She looked at me and continued her phone call. However, Blake stepped in and turned a 1 star into a 5 star. Her welcoming smile and presence was very pleasant. My room was exactly like the picture that was advertised. I am here on business with my family and I are very pleased. Thanks again Ms. Blake and the BW family.

I booked on Bookings and was overcharged by $42. I'll book directly next time or use another service. The beds were kind of hard. The environment was quiet.Fireplace and TV worked nicely. The sauna was delightful and they have a pool and hot tub. Staff was friendly. The room was clean.The food and coffee was nice. Check in and out was easy.
