Overall a nice experience. Customer service desk was prompt and professional. Breakfast crew had a nice layout. Room was clean and fairly quiet. Nearby where I wanted to go for a concert.

This is my second stay here, as I have family in the area. This hotel is fantastic. It's new, clean, bright, and just feels "fresh." The staff was REALLY nice and friendly and helpful. I have stayed here twice, and will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in town for a visit.

I had an issue with room access because the battery of the locker ran out at midnight when I returned to the room. It took more than an hour to get new batteries. The front desk informed me that they issued me credit due to this issue, and I received a hard copy of the updated receipt with a reduced price when I checked out. However, I noticed that the original price was still charged.
