TERRIBLE STAY. STAYED 3 DAYS. THEY NEVER CLEANED THE ROOM , NEVER GAVE FRESH CUPS , NO CLEAN SHEETS , NOTHING FOR 3 DAYS !!

Bussiness trip, I had 2 rooms, 1 for people who works for us, there room had smoke alarm coveted with wal mart plastic bag, old soap, dirty wash cloth, and towel in there bathroom. People outside motel smoking , made us feel uneasy, several people coming in to go to the motels gaming room as i was trying to check in

The staff was very pleasant and the free breakfast was nice and had a decent selection to choose from. The room was spacious but the beds were not super comfortable. My only real complaint was the condition of the bathrooms. Our shower was basically a single stream of water and the fixtures looked like they were barely hanging onto the wall. The bathrooms could definitely use some work. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We will leave the shower head that could not be switched to tub spout and the TV that was not programmed with the remote out of this review, let's talk about the noisy pipes that banged and clanged during our 2 night stay.
The desk was told about it the first morning and I was told that management would have to take care it. The desk was told about it again this morning during checkout and we were asked why we didn't say anything about it the first morning. I explained that we had. Then we were asked if we were offered a room switch. We were not. I thought there just might an offer to discount our stay. We were not. But we did get a "sorry about that".
We were not the only ones that complained.
