They gave me a smoking room first. Now i have a non-smoking room which has bad lighting. The TV does not work, they spent 5 minutes trying to fix it but said that is the best they could do. There isn't even a trash can in the room. Very very dis-satisfied with the whole experiernce.

That room it looks like it never been clean the smell cigarette and the **** I have to buy Clorox to disinfecting the room families that don't have no business staying in that place

The staff was excellent. Only issues were my bed didn't
Have a blanket on it. There was no shower curtain, there was a huge humidifier in the room for some reason. And the AC unit heat unit only had 2 settings, hell or freezing.

Terrible room, walls spackled, not painted. Smoke detector sitting on mini-microwave. No towels in room, had to ask for them and they had no washclothes. Old tired bathtub which I'd be caught dead sitting in, let alone cleaning my children in it. UGH. Top sheet had two holes in it. If we weren't so drained from the drive up from southern FL would have left. Can't wait for sunrise.

The first room we were given was suppose to be non smoking it reaked of not only cigarettes but also illegal substances , it was also very nast looked like it had not been cleaned at all sheets were dirty and stained. I went back to main office they gave me room 102 which I had to pay a 100 deposit for. The first night the bed which we found out was 2 twins on a king frame came apart and the middle sagged. I let the front desk know and the lady made it seem like no big deal. Nothing was done . The day I left I again let the front desk know,again front desk seemed to not really care. On top of all this and the nastiness in which these rooms are kept I did not in fact get my deposit back to which I can only guess was because of the bed that I addressed after the first night! I would not recommend this hotel nor will I be doing any business with any Wyndham hotels if this is the way you all treat your customers. Truly a disgusting place and what a way to treat any human!

Room was not clean, TV had no remote control, AC &Heat was loud, noisy and not working.
