Let my mother have access to our room info , which is not legal. This caused us serious harm as to what happened that day and after. They had my young son go with them from the hotel without my permission . I made the staff aware of their error so hopefully they understand how serious that is to give out information to other people who may call or show up .

Newer refurbished hotel in great location. Was a bit disappointed by the faint cigarette smoke smell in our room for this “non smoking” hotel.

Both the Night and Day Staff were very friendly and helpful in storing our bikes overnight, and then retrieving them in the morning! Well done!

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. Unfortunately out of their control are a few flaws. The room itself was fine but showing it's age. Across the street there is a forested area and a rest area filled with garbage and debris including shopping carts and office chairs, pillows, and dangerous peripherals from homeless folk. This is not a place to let your children play. Also, housekeeping did not service my room once in 5 days.
