La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati Airpt Florence

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms felt very welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful with guiding us around the town for sightseeing and attractions. I could not find any downside to this hotel, not that u always look, those just always stand out to me. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only low point of our experience was the breakfast. Both the offerings and the staff support were below average for La Quinta.

Stayed here with my husband and children just last week and it could not have been better. Check in/out was quick, room was very clean and spacious! The breakfast was great. More than enough options to choose from! The snack shop just around the corner from the front desk was a fav of my littles for there evening treats for a perfect movie night! The pool and spa were clean and clear. The area around them was very neat and tidy. Every employee we came in contact with was courteous and friendly! Very knowledgeable about all the dining, shopping and entertainment within the area and a little further! I have already recommended this hotel to a few friends and we just got back from our trip. Thank you to those who work here, you are doing a great job! We appreciate you!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staff is second to none and the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. A very family friendly place to stay with a clean pool and spa! Close to dining, shopping, entertainment etc. I highly recommend this hotel!

Someone should be on the front desk at all times and this was unacceptable.

Hotel lobby floors, elevator, and hallways were dirty. There was hair in our shower, bathroom floor, and bathroom sink. Hair also on “clean” towels. Mattress cover was covered in hair, food, and other debris. Condition of hotel needs up-keeping. I would not stay here again nor recommend staying at this hotel.
