Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Florence/Jackson Area

Biggest issue with this hotel is that when I called the reservation desk number, I assumed that I was making my reservation directly with the hotel. It was not until I checked my credit card billing that I became aware of the fact that I was charged $15.99 for a reservation service fee on top of the expected room rate. This is an item that should be made clear at the time of check-in so that any dispute could be addressed at that time. Will not be staying at any of their properties again if this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction.

This is my fourth time at the location. Clean with a pleasant atmosphere.

Friendly staff and very nice room

This is a wonderful location if you find yourself in the Jackson/Florence MS area. Good restaurants and gas stations near by. Skating and bowling and car wash nearby. Large parking area. Perfectly clean rooms and facilities. No hesitation recommending this Days Inn

The property could use some updating, but the rooms were clean. In one of the misc rooms that is open to the lobby/hallway had a lot of clutter, boxes and things. This could be another area that customers could utilize. There were a few new staff who were not knowledgeable about processes. This property was the closest to my daughter's wedding venue so that's why we chose to stay there.

When in FL, Days Inn Wyndham is the only place we stay. It’s clean, quiet and staff very helpful.

The property was in close proximity to our wedding venue which was nice. There were a couple of new staff who were not knowledgable about the process which made it hard to make changes to the room occupants when needed. Also, I booked the rooms with my credit card and assigned the rooms to guests but could not make changes to the reservations because my name was not on the room. That was a little frustrating. Overall the stay was good. The rooms were clean.
