A great hotel with excellent value for money. The service was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly, even allowing me to check in early. The breakfast was also good; you really can't ask for more at this price. The location is convenient for sightseeing. Florence, as the most renowned place in Tuscany, is definitely worth a visit, especially near the Ponte Vecchio. However, the entire Tuscany region is beautiful, and I personally recommend the small town of Siena the most.

You have to go up to the 4th floor to reach the hotel entrance, and the rooms are quite small. Breakfast was decent. The location is fairly convenient, not too far from the Palazzo Medici Riccardi, the Accademia Gallery, and the Duomo.

The Wi-Fi in the room was either non-existent or wouldn't connect. In winter, the duvet was just two thin sheets, and the floor by the bedroom door was noticeably dirtier and darker than the rest of the room. The hairdryer would overheat and shut off after a short while. You couldn't even control the air conditioning yourself; you had to ask the front desk. The city tax could only be paid in cash, which meant I had to go find somewhere to exchange money, and there wasn't even an outlet by the bed.

1. The main entrance on the first floor has a password (7890#). I stood for a long time on the hot streets of Florence trying to get the password from Trip.com customer service. Fortunately, someone came to enter, and I was able to get in with them. After entering, you need to take the elevator to the 4th floor and turn right to find the front desk. Trip.com proactively offered some compensation, which I appreciated, but I still have no positive feelings about this hotel. 2. I stayed for three consecutive days. On the third day, I hung the "do not disturb" sign on the door, but it was removed, and the room was cleaned anyway. Luckily, I didn't have any valuables, and nothing was lost; otherwise, I would have been furious. I also forgot to argue with the front desk, as I felt their arrogance meant I wouldn't get any compensation or anything anyway. 3. The city tax can *only* be paid in cash, cash, cash! Fortunately, I had some cash prepared, which came in handy. This was one of the few places on my trip where I actually used cash. Florence is small, so it doesn't really matter where you stay, but I will not be staying at this hotel again. 4. Oh, and another thing: are all budget hotels here like this, where they just have a sheet to cover the duvet? Next time I travel, I'll definitely pack a duvet cover in my suitcase. I really can't get used to this.

The hotel is perfectly located for visiting the city. It's simple but decent. The breakfast was quite good. The only downside is that we got a room next to the stairs and it was very noisy, but otherwise, everything was fine. Another thing... The tourist tax, I think it's an exaggeration, but that's a separate issue. The hotel itself is good and the staff are very pleasant.

Wonderful rooms, clean, delicious breakfast. The location is an absolute delight, within walking distance to all the main attractions in the city!
