The hotel is clean and bright, with a common area with restrooms and candy bars for guests to relax in. We stayed in a basement room, which had poor soundproofing, but overall, it was a great value.

The room was really beyond my expectations, very nice and fragrant. It's not far from the train station, but the street felt a little deserted with few people. However, there are buses and trams right outside, which is very convenient.

It's close to Firenze Station. It's within 10 minutes of walking, even with luggage. It's clean and quiet. There's coffee and tea in the common area. However, the electricity is poor, so using the hair dryer can cause power outages or a dead battery. The lack of a 24-hour reception was a bit inconvenient upon arrival.
