They discriminate against Chinese guests. I booked a twin room for two nights, but they assigned me a dark room in a corner under the stairs. It had a small window facing an air shaft that couldn't even open, and the room smelled really bad. It took a lot of negotiating to get them to change it, even though there were plenty of good rooms available.

Booked this hotel on Trip.com app and very near to Firenze Central train station. Suitable for those travelling with luggage. Good area to stay and easy to walk to nearby attractions. A warm welcome by the gentleman handling the reception. He gave very good and clear instructions on the ground rules with door access if you wish to come back late at night. Got our room facing the main street but the hotel had sound proof windows and could hardly hear outside noise. Clean room with comfy bed. Basic amenities. Glad to say we had a great stay here and looking forward to come back next time.

Don't let the average-looking online photos fool you – this hotel is right next to the train station, making it super convenient for transport. The room amenities are quite new, and a big shout-out to the bathroom – it's incredibly clean and spacious! The service is also excellent; just remember to check in before 11 PM. We arrived late, but the front desk left their contact information at the entrance and guided us very patiently. My friend and I both agree we'd stay here again next time!

We were given a very old & small room near the breakfast area which we requested for change & was granted
The issue with the room is water will splash out from the the shower area causing the whole toilet to be wet. An issue with the design of the shower area. Believe it happened to all rooms
The front desk staff, Antonia is very helpful, love his service
Great location of hotel to lots of food, shopping & supermarkets

If you're just looking for a place close to the train station, it's an okay option. I arrived quite late, and they gave me a room right next to the restaurant entrance. I was woken up by noise at 7 AM. The room had high ceilings, but the cleanliness and facilities were very mediocre. However, the front desk staff were very friendly.
